All I can say is thank goodness it wasn't Sunday. Was delayed in CHS so I got some food. Ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. I don't like pickles so it was literally just bread and the chicken. I did get BBQ sauce tho and put that on the sandwich. Also came with fries and a drink. Happy cause they had the mountain berry Powerade and I love that flavor. Everything was good but I really wish they put more on the sandwich. Getting it plain without any sauce is HORRIBLE. Thank god for the BBQ I added. Flavor was good and I have no complaints. Tho it could have been a bit cheaper but we all know that's the world we live in unfortunately.

I wanted a Sunjoy and was told lemonade was out at the moment so I asked how long. Cashier did not know and asked some lady who said, "sell something else." Excuse me? So I did not get the half lemonade/half tea and this was at 2pm. Well staffed unit if I may add. Cashier was nice at least but man I hope they have that back-up juice on another trip. Ambiance is inside Charleston airport, my pleasure.

OK, were at the airport heading home for a flight after a long extended 4th of July weekend and was dying for some Chick-fil-A! CLOSED ON SUNDAYS at the airport wahhhh. WTF are you kidding me, don't you know who I am and what I need??? OK, I love everything about Chick-fil-A except today cause I can't get my preflight meal. I was so looking forward to some bird... Won't hold it against ya but man I needed you and those chicken nuggets.

Worst Chick-fil-A in Charleston. All the soda was flat. They didn't have any ice so even the water was warm. Sandwiches seem to be on a small side. If you're going to charge airport prices, then at least be on your game.

I waited 40 minutes for just fries! When I went to the counter because people who ordered after me were getting their food the girl had no clue what was going on. They didn't have my order. She literally had to prep it. There was a crowd there so I waited until I knew for sure I say someone who had ordered after me to get my food but it was barely an apology. It was not the usual customer service I was accustomed to at chick fil a. Did I mention this in an airport terminal and I had a connecting flight and time really was of the essence. Ridiculous.
