I stopped in at Chili's Bar & Grill and ordered the sampler platter with cheese sticks, sweet chili wings, and burger sliders. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot--the wings had just the right kick, the cheese sticks were perfectly crispy, and the sliders were juicy and satisfying. To top it off, I tried the Margarita of the Month, and the bartender really mixed it to perfection--it was good good! Sitting at the bar made the experience even better, with great service and a lively atmosphere.

This is located very close to the airport, and tons of shopping. We were seated as soon as we walked in for a late lunch. The food came quickly, as did refills. The staff worked as a team and no less than 3 people assisted me. The host was friendly and inviting and southern. We love chilis everywhere we go but this experience was too notch! My kids love doing the cheese pull with their mozzarella sticks, they're a 10/10!

I feel like I have relatively low expectations for chain restaurants but tonight was especially brutal. My kids wanted to come because their teenage cousin introduced them to Chilis about a month ago and I do love their chips and salsa so off we went. We walked in the door and the hostess announced to my kids that they were out of the kids packs (which if she didn't say they probably wouldn't notice). The service tonight was especially slow, even for apps and drinks. Our dirty plates from apps stayed on the table the whole time. We got chips and 3 (salsa, queso and guac). My 5 year old likes the queso and he hates spice. It's very bland but perfect for a kid who doesn't like spice. I enjoy the salsa. The guac is just okay. I got a burger and fries. Gave the kids the fries and they shared a Mac n cheese kids meal because they won't even finish that. I do appreciate that they offer chocolate milk with the kids meals. The fries tastes a bit freezer burnt and the burger was meh. And the server at the tables next to us apologized in a big dramatic way to the table like 15 times even after the customers said it was fine, it wasn't her fault, yadda yadda. Just a whole vibe in there. Apparently a cook got mad and smashed a screen and all the orders went down or something... It is what it is. The kids aren't hungry and we made it out in one piece so...

It's a family friendly environment. We went to celebrate galentines. The staff made up for the lack of tasty food. I got the triple dipper. The chicken was crispy, south western egg rolls were good, but the honey chipotle was not crispy at all and fries were cold. The server was able to get new fries, which was a plus. I probably won't go again, but price wise it's a good buy.

This is where my daughter choose to come on her 16th birthday. We enjoyed our time here the waiter was nice he kept checking on us. I ordered the Texas cheese fries the cheese was kinda hard. The dragon fruit margarita was really good. We sat outside and it felt good.

Well over the years Chili's has kind of gone down in service and in food portions but this visit was pretty decent. On arrival we were sat pretty quickly and our waitress started off pretty attentive. Throughout the visit though she became more scarce to find and the number of times I looked around to see if she had any other tables with it appearing that we were the only one didn't give me a good feeling about her disappearance. I will say the food was good and we did snag a couple other servers to assist us with refills for drinks as well as those chips and salsa. When it came time to pay the bill I had to get up and go find her so that I could speak to her about some discrepancies. Once I did she quickly took care of them and we were back in the road again for more fun.

This was a pleasant experience. We were hungry and tired so we found a place close to our room. The restaurant is a standard family/ bar atmosphere. I'm guessing if it's alot of people it could get pretty loud. When we entered, the staff was in the kitchen door in group having their own conversation. They looked at us and continued their conversation. Took the host a moment for the host to arrive to sit us. Our waitress was standard, she didn't make an impression. We ordered and our food came out hot. The waitress did take a moment to get items we asked for, she would disappear. There were a couple times I had to ask another staff member for something cause our waitress was not found. Overall it was a nice

I know. You are asking "it's Chili's how are you giving it 5 stars?" Is it the best burger ever? No prob not. Is the food good quality ? Yes. Everything came out hot and the chicken was not only tastey but juicy. It is really easy to mess chicken up. Now why 5 stars? The service. The staff here is among the best we have seen around. Everyone from the hostess down to the bar back was overly friendly and courteous. We were here during lunch rush and still got A+ service. Ask for Mary. She's awesome. When we are in the area we will be back.

Although our group arrived 30 minutes before closing time, we were served quickly, professionally and with a smile and good attitude. Food was excellent as I have come to expect at Chili's, everything was as ordered, hotel, fresh and delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.
