EVO CRAFT BAKERY | what's with the haters?? We stopped through for a little sweet treat and coffee and left with a lot of sweet lovin' on our pup, a DELICIOUSLY perfect chocolate chip cookie, a tart kombucha and an iced latte. There were still plenty of baked goods in the display case around 1pm but after a heavy lunch, we wanted something simple but sweet. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect - crispy on the edges, chewy and soft center. And only $1!!! What a steal. They've got local kombucha on tap - we tried the Wake Up Call - which had green tea, Yerba mate & blueberry - super refreshing! We also ordered a pistachio pinwheel but unfortunately, it did not hold up well for the photo (some precious pastry was wasted UGH). But take my word for it, it tasted delicious! They offered my pup a treat and took a photo for their Instagram feed lol. You may still find it if you scroll back far enough. Overall, I found Charleston to not be a dog friendly city and EVO Craft Bakery welcomed us with open arms. Greatly appreciative for the hospitality and delicious treats!

EVO Craft Bakery is a charming and cozy shop coffee shop located in North Charleston. With breads and pastries made right in house and coffees and teas to go along- you'll be sure to find something for everybody. I've been here twice and both times service has been top tier. You can really taste the passion they offer up in every cup and bite they serve. And with the cutest outdoor patio to enjoy your treat EVO Craft Bakery is one I'll visit over and over.

I've had better. Most of the pastries were about gone by the time I had gotten there so didn't have much to select from. Got a matcha but definitely wasn't anything special. Wouldn't go back.

I popped in on my way to my girlfriend's place, I wanted a coffee and they were open and not Starbucks. I had the iced mocha latte and an almond croissant. The latte was very smooth, had milk but wasn't super creamy, I tasted the mocha but it wasn't very sweet. Likewise, the almond croissant had a really nice flaky texture, a buttery taste, and I could really taste the almond paste, but it was more of a true almond paste than a sweet marzipan like these often are. Kudos to EVO for a more mature flavor profile that wasn't just a coffee flavored milkshake. The service was fast and friendly, and there is a really nice outdoor eating area. Parking is a little tough, but it was Friday evening in Park Circle. Pricing was a bit high by my standards, but as I like to say, "price sets expectations" and the high prices set an expectation that I felt was met. Would gladly return when in the area or make a special trip out here to relax and get some work done. J.Ja

EVO is a regular spot for me. I come once a month to get the eir pistachio pesto pizza. Its a must try if you like funky flavors. Their other pizzas are also very good!

EVO Craft Bakery is CUTE! From the products they create to their customer service to their decor outside and inside, this bakery is fantastic. You can tell that this is a beloved neighborhood gem who is proud to serve their customers! So what did we try... Pistachio Pastry (wish I could recall the name) Truly, I just wanted more of the delicious pistachio filling that rested in its center lol. So, I guess that tells you how I felt about it! ;D Blueberry Cream Danish Unfortunately, I blinked and this was gone. So, I guess that tells you how everyone felt about it. ;) Everything Bagel Croissant I grabbed this for my husband who loved it enough to not offer me a bite. So, I guess that tells you how he felt about it. ;D Bacon Cheddar Croissant I grabbed this for my brother who also loved it enough to not offer me a bite. So, I guess that tells you how he felt about it. ;) Honestly, if I had not already eaten. I would have grabbed another croissant for myself. They were big, full and easy on the eyes. I'd also totally grab a loaf if I lived in town. I'm still dreaming about how stunning the bread smelled when we walked into the bakery!

Couldn't say enough good things about this place! I love strolling in here after dinner and seeing what treats they have for the day. You can smell all the goodies from a block away, definitely recommend making your way in!
