Absolutely terrible! I came here with my husband and my family on what was supposed to be a fun trip to the beach. We ordered a very simple sandwich...my young daughter just wanted bread and turkey. The young gentleman at the counter, who looked entirely uninterested in his job, put in the order completely wrong and gave us a sandwich with many condiments that she could did not ask for, so she was unable to finish it. She was very hungry while we were at the beach, had to run to publix and get her a better quality sandwich. Will not be coming back.

Quick Lunch stop from a lot of errands. It was really good and very fresh. We lucked up and there was no line. Which was surprising since it was Friday. I grabbed the Salt and Vinegar chips and they were good as well. The location at Tanger is my favorite not it go they always get my order right.

My wife went there for her free birthday sub and was displeased with what she got when she went to eat it. This location seems to have a issue because she had no oil on her sandwich and it seemed to be less meat. Al in all it was just ok.

I just don't understand how anyone employed at a business would think it's reasonable to play music with F-bombs in the lyrics. If you work at a bar, OK. It's a different clientele. But if it's Jimmy John's, it's not. What's very weird is that this is not the first Jimmy John's I've eaten at that has done that. I just wanted to sit at a table, eat my typical veggie sub, and do some work. That music is just not my style, so I ate and hit the road.

You had me at fresh bread and free smells! I've been going to Jimmy John's since my college days back in IL, but this was my first time stopping at this location. There was a couple of really nice guys working here when I stopped in. I used to always get the turkey tom but switched to the Vito a few years back. Since I don't like raw onions, I omit those and even with the vinaigrette I add mayo to make sure the sandwich doesn't eat dry. As mentioned in my JJ review of the Mt P location, they still only offer one cheese, provolone. I was told today the reason for not adding different cheese selections is so they can make each sub from scratch in 30 seconds. I didn't know the goal was 30 seconds but they really do make their subs fast! But personally I would like to wait a minute if it meant I could choose a cheese! All in all, JJ is a good option when craving a cold sub. It won't stay on my regular lunch stop rotation, not just bc of the cheese, but also because I don't feel like the Vito is worthy of the $6.07 I just paid. The layer of lettuce was thicker than the layer of meat and cheese combined and just seems a bit high for what you get. I like that they get local produce but today the tomatoes were mealy. Standing at the cash register I could see they were of poor quality and really should have omitted them as well, so that part was my bad.

I love getting Jimmy John's delivered to my workplace. Today I placed an online order for delivery and immediately received a phone call from a very polite and apologetic employee explaining they have no driver today and even better, giving me the option of pickup or cancellation. Sadly, I had to choose canceling. I TOTALLY understand staff shortages and hey, sometimes an employee has to call in sick! They handled the situation very well and I look forward to ordering from them in the future!

Horrible management and Horrible subs! Bring back the Jimmy John's I remember! This location had gone downhill withing the last 7-8 months now. Some of it I'm sure was COVID or I chucked it up to that but this new manager is the problem. I Have had a few interactions with him due to issues with my subs. What a worthless manager. Gheeze I hope the owners find a new and better one. I will not return until he is gone. I can't keep spending my hard earned monies on food I can't even eat because it taste so horrible. It's like no one cares about the quality anymore. So freaking sad ... I lived JJ! The pic below *This is supposed to be a Hunters club (double cheese and meats) with extra cheese and I spent almost 9.00 for this sub and this is what I got!

Took over an hour to get my sandwich. Paid a delivery fee and found out a coworker which had ordered from there as well had picked up the food b/c it was taking so long. Sandwich was soggy by the time I got it. I ordered the number 15 tuna with cheese, and it didn't come with cheese. If you call the store no one picks up. The last two times I ordered from this store it took over an hour and the sandwich was wrong. I would not recommend ordering from this Jimmy Johns.

Jimmy John's on Centre Pointe Drive in North Charleston is a well managed Jimmy John's location that has fresh and delicious sandwiches that are made quickly when you are hungry and need something fast. I have had a really good experience every time that I have been here.
