I ordered 2 40 pieces. Ended up with half of that. Went back to get my other half of the order. Upon giving them my receipt and bag, the lady at the front with the mustache and chopped face, deadass walked to the back, acted like she fixed my order then handed me my bag of food back. Went back home and ended up with the same amount as before. Dont waste your time coming here, please. It fucking stinks and always kept uncleaned.

orders my door ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME because my kid is in the back seat crying, i get here there's 2 cars in front of me i get to the window and they give me the WRONG ORDER, then they make me pull to a parking spot then FORGET MY ORDER!!!! i'm watching them standing there TALKING NO CUSTOMERS and not making my order. Rude. Want you to do mobile but you can't get a refund if they don't have your items. The staff was not helpful at all. I never thought I'd say I'd never return to McDonald's again but this might have been the icing on the cake.

This McDonald's is not in a good part of town. I came here with a friend. He ordered his food and paid and then I ordered my food and paid. We both sat down after making our drinks. We were planning on eating there. A short time later, an employee brought out my friend's food. I waved her down as she was calling out the contents and she brought it over to us. He starts to eat his food. After a while passes I get really curious as to where my food is. I was number 123 (easy to remember). I heard 125 being called and then was really concerned. I went up to the counter. I flagged down a gentleman, showed him my receipt, and asked if he knew what happened to my meal. He didn't really answer but he did tell the people in the back to make my food. It took some time to get my food after that. I think what happened was that someone else took my food, another customer, possibly someone really hungry with no money. So my order was no longer in their queue so it took a while for them to get organized and get my food cooked. When it was finally ready, a young lady brought it out to me. I asked her if they remembered my small fries and she said she gave me a medium fries. That was nice of her to do as I did have to wait a long time. My friend was completely done eating by the time I got mine. Luckily it came in a bag and I just took it with me. Overall, the service was actually really good for the circumstances. I think my food was stolen. That's because of the part of town in which the McDonald's is located. It's a nice enough McDonald's though and the staff are accommodating.

There was 2 older ladies that needed to use the restroom and couldn't go in but had other customers come inside and order. The food was ok but could have been better. It really taste watered down.

I always love McDonald's because of the consistency wherever I go. This restaurant is the exception. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! No soap in bathroom (how do employees wash their hands after using the bathroom? No toilet paper, a plastic wet floor sign that I slipped on and almost fell. Oh, and then to the food. Upon ordering there was no sweet tea and no large lids. I ordered a double quarter pounder with a regular bun and was given two patties with no bun. Wtf? All employees were extremely rude, and felt inconvenienced to help correct their mistakes. Never ever again will I step foot in this McDonalds.
