Great atmosphere. Employees were polite and accommodating. Nice, relaxed area. We had the bartender create us a charcuterie board and he didn't disappoint.

It would be very dangerous for me if I lived in Park Circle! I absolutely adore, stems and skins! I haven't been in a while, but when we do go, we like to sit at the bar and chat with the bartender. They have the best drinks and the best appetizers and the best small plates and well just about the best everything, especially wine! I wish this location would open a second location in Mt. Pleasant!! I've discovered different cocktails that I really like, even though I'm more of a wine person. Check out their happy hour because it's also wonderful. The place is elegant, a little on the dark side, but not too dark. Try the tinned fish and try their standard cocktail, the Negroni, during Apertiv hours on special from 4-6! Salut!!

The perfect date night, or girls night spot. The lighting feels cozy and we love the record player. The service is always exceptional, and feels like family. There is a vast variety of wines, we had classic reds. Very delicious. There were 4 cheeses and 4 meats to choose from for our Charcuterie board which was nice. The canned seafood was our favorite part. Will come back again

Stems and Skins is a great place to unwind and catch up with friends. The vibe is very cozy and relaxing. I love that they actually play music from a record player. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. I didn't try any food on this visit, but may do so next time I visit.

After supper, we were walking around Park Circle trying to decide where to go for either dessert or a drink. We chose Stems and Skins. This establishment is lit by candles and has an amazing atmosphere for chatting with friends. It could also be a romantic place for a couple. The service was top notch and the server was extremely knowledgeable about the drinks and food served. The bathrooms match the quality of the business. It was clean and had nice soap and real towels to dry your hands. These towels are rolled up on a shelf and there is a linen laundry basket to place them in once they are used. It was a perfect place for us to sit and enjoy catching up!

Stems and Skins has a cool vibe and a relaxed atmosphere right in downtown North Charleston. Friends recommended and we came here with them. The small, cozy setup, with a large bar area, made it feel intimate, and the music was a nice touch. The bartender was friendly and quick to serve us, and the Dole Whip cocktail we tried from the happy hour menu was the best thing. However, our experience was a bit mixed. While the ambiance was nice, the food service was disappointing. We waited an extended amount of time for our cheese plate and some of our items. We sat outside at the large bar-top table, and the staff was friendly, but I think they kept forgetting about us. The menu seemed a little overpriced for what you get. We did enjoy the whipped ricotta and there was even grilling outside, which was a nice touch and smell to the atmosphere. The food was ok, but the portions were small and not necessarily the vibe I want when I get out of the house. We might come back for drinks, but would probably choose somewhere else with so many great options in the area.

Atxo Rosso Vermouth on tap was delicious and loved the variety of tinned fish they have. They have some nice outdoor seating and great vibes from the bartenders. Loved all of it! 5/5
