Decent food truck food. Not amazing, not bad. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich seemed to be the same meat from the gyro. The service was great for sure! They do cook the food to serve so it takes a bit longer, but I appreciate that! At least you know it's fresh! Food 7/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 5/10 (How high can you rate ambiance when you're in a parking lot with a generator going? ) Overall it was decent! My daughter LOVED her gyro! I'm sure that's the specialty so if I came here again I'd stick to what they specialize in.

Amazing Lamb Gyros!!! I also love the Lamb over rice! The food is excellent with no runny oils. This is my favorite Food Truck out of 16.

Love the way they do Gyros , Falafel and Hummus - one of the favourites-when i used to work at Echostar, Gateway and Qwest in Denver Colorado, i used to go every day to the Denver Downtown to eat the same Veggie Falafel Sandwich and Hummus-like in Virginia near Exit 143- I-95 i used to go to Thai restaurant regularly -same way These people A. they are really reliable B. they do a great job C. they care and tell how can we help in any way to make the customer happy Amazing would definitely recommend them- nice and good people Truly genuine, honest service they also have Veggie Quesidilla -multiple varieties

I really enjoy a good gyro, especially one made with lamb. Maybe it is the season, or maybe it's that those lamb are so cute, my wife won't let me cook them at home. Anyway, Zimos Falafel, Gyros and Tacos decided to come to my neck of the woods and I'm happy about it. COVID is making folks do some interesting things but I think Zimos made a reasonable decision to make its orders be placed online. But they lost a star for making that process difficult for the "average Joe". First one must know to pre-order, a process which is unclear how to complete on their website. Next, yet another App to download, and then one must wait until the time specified for ordering to start. It's different for each location depending on the time they arrive. I felt like I was at the track waiting to place my bet! It was annoying, but I lived through it, so I guess I'm better for it. I know my taste buds are! As Phil Robertson would say, they were "Happy Happy Happy"! The lamb gyro is off the chain good and the Baklava is big enough for two. My tummy is as satisfied as my taste buds, and chances are I'll sleep good tonight.

Wanting to support food trucks that come to our neighborhood, we tried Zimo's recently. I found a menu on Street Food Finder, and we settled on a shrimp quesadilla (for me) and a lamb gyro with fries (for my dining partner). I couldn't order through Street Food Finder, so I walked over to the truck. The smell reminded me of fair food (in hindsight, this was a sign of what was to come). The truck doesn't have a written menu with prices, just pictures of the items with their names. The food itself was so-so and on the expensive side for the portions. We added salt to the fries, and the shrimp in the quesadilla were quite small. Both the fries and quesadilla were greasy as well- we ended up reheating in the air fryer and commented on the grease. The tzatziki sauce lacked flavor and tasted more like ranch dressing. I was disappointed, and I'm not sure if we had Zimo's on an off night or just didn't order the right things. I won't chase the truck down, but I may try the falafel if they come back to the neighborhood, just to give them a second chance and update my review.

This time I got the chicken over rice extra lettuce no sauce. One thing I LOVE about yelp is I can use it to organize my thoughts about about what I like best at a restaurant. This is especially valuable at Zimos because the menu is so complex. As Inmentioned before, the chicken is so well seasoned that it doesn't need the sauce but it is a bit dry- so maybe on the side? Also- they toss a couple of fries on it. Not needed but not terrible either. The rice is the BEST!!

Zimo's food truck served our faculty and staff on Valentine's Day and it was amazing! I opted for the falafel sandwich and fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The wait time was reasonable and the prices were, as well. This is my first year at this school, but they told me that they were called back from last years event because of the success! I looked around at everyone else's orders and it all smelled delicious. I'm looking forward to following and seeing where they are and trying another option!

Zimo's Food Truck Wow Excellent Food!! We were lucky to have a business across the street sponsored event with Zimo's in their parking lot. Luckily I took the plunge and ordered the Fajita Chicken Wrap and came with seasoned fries!! Excellent Mediterranean flavor with the chicken fajita wrap! Fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy just the way I like them. Zimo's Food Truck gets 5 Stars !!

Fast and friendly service... and most importantly, good food! We got the CHICKEN & LAMB RICE BOWL + CHICKEN GYRO + LAMB GYRO. So much flavor! Perfect amount of white sauce and seasoning on all items. The naan for the gyros was warm and fluffy. Great mouthfeel biting into them. They packed these really well in the foil too; after getting these for take-out and bringing them back home, no sauce spills or soggy naan. Definitely visiting them again to try other items. Zimos was on the menu for dinner the other night, and I was most definitely not disappointed. I ordered the lamb rice bowl, and this was one of the best lamb selections that I've ever tasted. I wish the bowl was full of it, but I guess some must be saved for the next person in line. It was flavorful, tender, and good to the very last piece. The rice wasn't bad under it either, but the lamb ... Mary never had a little lamb like this before. I can't wait for them to come back so I can order some more :-)
