Nothing out of the unusual. Waitress did not hear that I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger without a bun and a Cheeseburger was delivered. Used Uside for cash back. Typical sports bar atmosphere.

I met my aunt for lunch. It was a good experience, the restaurant was too packed; we had a nice server who was on top of things. Our food was good and we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, which made for a nice meal.

Called Applebee's Super Bowl Sunday morning at 11:00 am. I placed an order for 3 orders of bone-in wings to pick up at 5:15 pm. Because my order was over $40.00 I was entitled to 20 bone less wings for free. The person I placed the order with told me I was all set. I called back at 3:00pm to add 2 more orders of bone-in wings. At that time I was told they ran out of bone-in wings and I would have to get boneless wings. I was also told that I could not get the additional free 20 boneless wings for ordering at least $40.00 for my order because I did not order on line. What is the difference, pick up in person or order on line. I'm 80 years old and don't do on line. When I picked up my 5 orders of boneless wings that totalled $64.95, the bag felt light, but really did not pay attention to the light weight. When I arrived home I opened the bag and saw 2 containers ofv20 boneless wings each. When I opened the containers and saw that most of the wings were a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter, I was embarrassed to seve them to my guests. NO WONDER APPLEBEES IS CLOSSING STORES ALL ACCROSS THE UNITED STATES. WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!

As an door dasher, tonight was despicable! I could only imagine the frustration of the driver that was waiting for my order! My order was confirmed at 10:50pm. It is now 11:30pm. I had to cancel my order because of the wait time. Apple bees need to hire staff that wants to work. I'll never order here again. I'd give zero stars!!!

I decided to have another lunch at Applebee's. This time I got my favorite: Chicken Wonton Tacos. I also was excited that my review was being featured when people was looking at Applebee's in my area. The time was Monday, September 5, 2022 at 1:30-2:00pm. Unfortunately, I gave four stars due to my all-time favorite not being as tasty as I hoped for. I still enjoy the White Queso and chips along with my drink. I hope Applebees sees my review and writes back. I appreciate all of you reading my reviews. Also, our server Tabitha was really nice and so pleasant I took a picture of the Chicken Wonton Tacos because who doesn't like pictures of food unless it's old and nasty then I can understand. I recommend the Bacon Cheddar Grilled Chicken Sandwich if you want my opinion.

The evening started by making a reservation that was not honored hostess was very rude and unprofessional after being seated finally waited more than 10 minutes for someone to even come over and take a drink order took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to get drink from the bar. Service was terrible. Food was OK once we finally got it. They were not that busy.

Service stunk waitress didn't care for our table but others got better service than us. Had got our food no refills only service we got from her was lemons. This was a sad day . The food was salad and chicken tender and fries that were ice cold. We asked for new ones and got same thing ice cold fries. Paid 34.00 not a lot but still was sad. Used to be on there gain but like other restaurants they're going down too. So if you want cold fries and chicken tenders this is the place to go. Thanks
