Tried to book a Casino Junket through KD Casino Promotions, but I was placed on a waiting list due to the availability on the flight out of Greenville. I was okay with it initially back in December, but ongoing, I never received any follow up emails, phone calls or texts to let me know my status in January or assist me to be able to take part in the Biloxi Trip. As a result, I had to make last minute back-up plans and go on a local gambling boat out of SC. Overall, I rate this company as a 1 out of 5, based on poor communication, insufficient customer service and honestly they didn't seem to care about getting me on this junket and/or make alternative plans. Thanks for nothing!
