This Hardee's location has improved tremendously in the six years that I've lived nearby. It has become my go-to spot for breakfast. Many fast food places wrap up a ton of biscuits in preparation but every time I go here, either my sausage or chicken biscuit always tastes very fresh. The service, be it through the drive thru or inside, is always fast and pleasant. In general, I'm not a fan of Hardee's lunch/dinner food so much but breakfast is elite, at least at this location.

Went to this Hardee's to get a sandwich. It was HORRIBLE!!! The bread was REALLY HARD; and the chicken was very cold/dry! I've NEVER had a chicken sandwich like this in my life! What I was told about the charbroil chicken sandwich is... it's made to order. That chicken was sooooo dry, that it needed lotion. I'm sorry to say this... but I will never go to that Hardee's ever again! There seriously needs to be Quality Control, for the amount of money you pay at Hardee's. The only thing that was good on the sandwich, was the lettuce and tomatoes. I am soooo serious!

I work near by so I eat here a couple times a week. The service is always slow so today I went inside to get my to go order. While waiting for my order to arrive two people came in with wrong orders. When I did receive my order after 15 mins. I was missing my onion rings. I also did not have a receipt because the cashier walked away before I was done paying. So I was unable to see if I paid for the rings or not. This place has the worst manager. She moves like she has syrup on her shoes. When others came in to complain she just walked away. No offer of a cookie or anything for their mistakes.

We visited that location on 2/15/20 arriving at 10:00pm, unsure if it was opened, drove around (4 cars waiting on their food already paid) the dining room was closed. According to the different websites the drive thru closes, one said 11:00pm, one said, 1:00am, but the sign on the window in the drive thru states the drive thru is open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. We drive back into the drive thru and wait 9 minutes (I call Hardee's while in line, young lady said, they are CLOSING soon, I said, what 11:00 she said know she gets.off at 10:00, I said okay it's 10:13 now. She said, again they are closing soon. I waited along with two other cars behind me for two more minutes then drove around to the window and waited two more minutes while the young pretend not to see someone in the drive thru. Finally, she says, WE at CLOSED. I said, impossible I've been in the line since 10:00, no one said, "we are closed", I called while in the drive thru, this sign says, drive thru open 24 hours Friday and Saturday, there are two other cars behind me, she walked away from the window and returned to take my orders. The ONLY reason they got two stars is because they had to cook the chicken tenders fresh.

The lady who serving me was very rude! Never again. She didn't even tell me it was my order she just threw the bag and stared at me. And takes forever to receive food!!!

If you can help it. Do not go to this Harbee's. They have the worse service and I've never order food from here and waited less than ten minutes. But today was the breaking point. They lost my coins for good. I was with my two little Cousins and they were hungry so we stopped there. I've never been treated so rudely. I drive up to the window and the lady kept cutting me off. I agree they had picky orders but it was nothing crazy. I wanted a happy meal and an adult meal cheeseburger. Both of them wanted nothing on it but cheese and bacon. I get to the window and saw the total was too high so I asked her to verify the order... she got it wrong. So without taking my money she ask me to pull up after having an attitude and huffing. So we sit and wait and another lady comes and asks for the money and then pays at the drive thru window behind us and goes in the building. She comes out with no receipt, incorrect change, and the wrong order once more. This ordeal took about 15 minutes and we had another engagement. At his was truly a waste of time and money.
