I have been here 4 times over the last 2 years or so. All 4 times they got my order wrong. I just don't understand it. The food is good. However, I do not recommend the mash potatoes. They are just runny liquid with no substance. When I went inside this last time, the food counter had someone's sweatshirt laying on it, and without going into detail the employees appeared to need instructions on food handling. I'm still hoping things improve. One day this would be a great place for me to go regularly.

Absolutely ridiculous... I ordered ahead on the app for curbside pick up. Pulled up, parked in the spot & selected "I'm here" on the app. I sat there for 15 minutes. I had to go through the drive through and tell them I've been waiting for 15 minutes and the employee said "I don't know why they've got those set up over there, it doesn't tell us when people are here, I do apologize." I get back to work and clock in late and see that I have no sauce... I ordered 2 ranches, paid extra for one. If y'all didn't have them made you could've Atleast substituted it for honey mustard. This isn't the first time I've sat longer than 10 minutes waiting on my order and/or haven't got the sauce I asked for. If you don't have it available make that known. If it doesn't tell you when someone is in the curbside pickup spot, DONT OFFER IT. I've given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, definitely not going to waste my money or time at this location again.

Worst Bojangles in history. Ordered three four piece supremes which befuddled the drive thru woman, then was told no ranch sauce, couldn't fit the fries into the wrong sized boxes and got shorted an entire MEAL's worth of chicken. Three in two boxes and two in the other. I'm going to call the franchisee and raise hell because this is 100% not acceptable for $33.

Please replace management and all staff! These people can't get their stuff together or do they care! Store doesn't open on time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to save yourself the aggravation. Don't try the Harbison location as they were out of Bo Rounds & fillets.

The soda machine is visibly covered in mold. I have submitted an online concern, and was supposed to hear back but never did. It's disgusting please do not get a drink here.

Tried to order from this location but the drive through was wrapped around the building and backed up to the receiving window at 10:30am. Tried to go inside to order and of course the doors were locked. We left. Please make it make sense why you cannot order inside fast food establishments anymore. Why have dining rooms.
