I would give them 0 stars but the app forces you to gi e them at least 1 star. Domino's has not changed and still has extremely Awful service and food. Was hoping Dominos had turned their company around after not giving them any of my business for a few years. I was buying lunch for a clients lunch and learn last week. They requested pizza and since Domino's was the closest restaurant they got our business. I have not been there in YEARS due to their decline in food and service. With all the restructuring and new companies hitting the market I assumed they had to up their game to even be in competition with the new companies. Well just a heads up they are just as bad if not worse then they were 5 years ago.. If you want good fast food Pizza to go, just go to Marcos. Never had a bad experience there. Dominos employees take no pride in their work ethics and it truly shows..In the food and in their attitudes...Will never be back..

if I can give it's - stars I would. Terrible store, General manager is a weak crybaby who doesn't know how to do his job. I placed an order and me and the delivery person missed each other so I tried to replace the order by calling over the phone and he was just absolutely disgusting all ready and wouldn't take my order over the phone, so I let it go and just placed it on the app. I'm watching a movie hence the pizza and didn't see his original call so immediately I called back and he answers with a attitude saying he cancelled the order for safety since I didn't answer the phone. but literally not even 20 minutes before they were in the neighborhood and no number to call to even place a complaint

I never do reviews but this was ridiculous, put in a mobile order for one pizza within 15 mins it was on quality checking, cut to an hour later I call to check in and they advise it will be ATLEAST another 30 mins, I then advise That unfortunately this was for a work lunch thing and we will have to cancel the order bc our lunch will be over by then they then in an excited tone, let me know they would be happy to cancel the order (this was supposedly the manager) I then asked if there was anything I would need to do to confirm and receive a refund, they then hung up on me..

I've been waiting for 45 minutes to get my order they are terrible with customer service. And serving who comes first. I waited in the drive through for 20 mins I came in they said they had to serve the drive through first and I told them I was at the window waiting for 20 mins and then came inside because no one could even come to the window and tell me they would be with me in a minute or that they even knew I was out there. So I got skipped again... I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WHEN I COME HERE THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! 0 out of 10

We ordered our Pizza. Within a few minutes, the order was cancelled at the location. When we called, we were informed that another order of similar food was ordered from our apartment complex but those people who ordered did not provide their APT number nor a correct phone number. When those people called Dominos store the store told them they were a security risk and wouldn't deliver. So since out order was similar to theirs (two large pizzas, one pep and sausage and one pep and bacon w/ jalapeno bacon cheese bread) they just arbitrarily cancelled ours without a call. We had to call the manager, have him tell us how our apartment complex was now considered a security risk due to this other order then apologize that we were not the same people he had previously spoken to and then make and deliver our food. Lets look at this here ... 1) If someone places a delivery with their Dominos account and forgets to update their contact info or provide an apartment number then calls to do so and make it right, how is that a security issue? Isn't them calling and saying they messed up then providing said info the way it should be so both parties (the customer and Dominos) get the service and money that makes the business work? 2) If one person at an apartment complex orders an order and you decide that one person is now a risk, how can you justify claiming the ENTIRE COMPLEX OF OVER 100+ APARTMENTS CANNOT GET DELIVERIES NOW??? Then to just cancel new orders from that complex without calling the customer and them having to call to find out and get told this moronic story just to get a damn pizza??? Is this truly how Dominos, in a COVID-19 environment where delivery is how EVERY BUSINESS IS STAYING A FLOAT wants to conduct themselves? I will probably not be ordering from your outfit again and will share this story as this is probably the worst customer service I have received in some time (and I work in customer service and have for my entire adult career so I am kind of an expert ... just saying). On a different note, the pizza was good and the driver was prompt (and tipped well) but the stars are just for the moronic situation and excuse we were given.

I have personally not had any problems with this location, its actually my favorite (knock on wood) location! My food is always ready when I expect it to be and everyone that I've encountered have been nice. My food is always hot and I mean you can't beat the prices so it's a win for me. My kids love it. Great and easy meal for a busy school night.

Ok. I'm on a roll with 1/5 star reviews lately. But these guys really yanked my dang chain. We called to order a simple large pepperoni pizza and they said 1/2 hr. We get there to pick it up, dying of starvation after driving 6 hrs today and can't open the stupid door. We call. Go through the drive-up they said. Gotcha. Great! Oh wait, hang on let me look up your order they said. And here it comes... "Oh, I hate to tell you this but it will be AN HOUR AND A HALF for your little measly pizza." WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE DOMINOS PEOPLES?! We told them to suck it and unfortunately chose Sonic next. (See review for more 1 star reviews.)

My husband ordered two pizzas on 11-19-22. Which was going to take 45 minutes according to the app to complete, so we waited and got there 45 minutes later and was told they had not even prepared them yet. Then was told it would take 15 minutes and just to come back later to pick it up. The quality was not up to par. I wouldn't recommend this location.
