I ordered 2 subway club flatbreads,toasted, with shredded mozzarella, lettuce, and spinach. that's all. I placed the order ten minutes prior to arriving to pick up my sandwiches. when i got to the store, it was empty and i was able to see the employee making my sandwiches. i watched him put provolone on the sandwich, skip toasting it, and he put barely a shred of lettuce. this is the second time in a row this location has messed up my order, and it really ruined my autistic daughter's day. those differences matter, and the notes section is there for a reason, so why don't they read them? overall this is the worst experience i have ever had before at a subway, and i even used to work at one myself as a teenager. this is completely unacceptable and this location is setting the bar very low for your brand and franchise. not to mention i was the only one in the store and the only worker still did not even speak a word to me. needless to say, i will not be returning to this location, and this is completely unacceptable. from experience as a sandwich artist, it isn't that hard to make a sandwich with written instructions, so i simply don't understand what went wrong here. I'd really like a refund for the inconvenience this caused me, being that both of the items on my order were made incorrectly in multiple ways. thank you.

I have never had such an amazing sandwich. From the moment the sandwich hit my mouth I knew I was in for a treat. The lettuce, the cheese, the mustard- they even accommodated my deathly shellfish allergy. If I could eat this sandwich everyday for the rest of my life I would. 10/10. Will be recommending subway to all friends and family.
