I do not like it here! They had gave me a MOLDY pizza. The cheese was greasy and had a purple spot. I am a EXPERT at food and I CAN tell that it was molding. It was also very dry like a desert. NEVER in my life had I experienced this. My 3 YEAR OLD tasted this and cried she never tasted anything this gross! I'm am not mad but disappointed. The SERVERS had neglected my confusion with this and kicked me out.

Fun place for kids and families! Easy parking close to the front door. Spacious, bright, lots of games and a really great place to host a kiddie party. Loved having the tables face the games as well as the controlled entrance/exit so the kids can really enjoy themselves. Download the Chick E Cheese App and get 500 e tickets and 60 minutes /points unlimited play for $17.95. The manager was very courteous and assisted me navigating in the app to get the coupon. The pizza was not bad. It was served hot and right out the oven. They also had a salad bar filled with fresh vegetable options. The menu had a few other options including chicken wing/appetizers. They have an option of packaged pizza family meals which is probably a more economical option than buying the personal pizzas. The personal pizza are very small. The staff was friendly and the inside spotless. We had a wonderful experience! Look forward to visiting again.

This is the worst Chuck E Cheese location ever! I've been coming here since I was a child. I've been meaning to write a review about this place a long time ago and never had the chance. This place is always DIRTY! Not only that the staff here are very RUDE & LAZY. My son loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. I have not choice but to bring him here since unfortunately this is the only location near our home. They recently changed all the gaming machines to use cards instead of coins. What made this SUCK even more is that they lower the original prize ticket on all the machines. MAJOR TIME! This is how they try to get is parents to send more money in this crappy place. Mostly all of the gaming machines are all old, tore, and wore down. They never want to fix it. When you ask for maintenance they take forever!! It seem like they want to make more money but not fixing it machines so customers wouldn't bother them over 1 token. But 1 token plus 10 other machines that adds up. What makes me upset the most is this place is always PACKED! They only or always seem to have only 1 working redeem ticket machine. You always have to wait in a very long line just to cash your tickets. You could barley find a good clean seat to sit at! Because of all the lazy staff won't don't their job! No booths to sit at. I just ask one of the staff to clean a table off and he said one moment. It's been 30 mins and I'm still waiting for a table. I see him just playing around in the kitchen. This place SUCKS! Go some where else! A nicer place that really deserves your hard working money for your kids to have fun at!

We come here regularly and it seems to get better with every visit. We bring the grandkids here during the week when it's not as busy. Staff is always friendly, food is great, place is clean and management is always ready to help. We all love the new games and the kids love saving their tickets for all the new prizes.

I'm only giving it 1 star because Jada saved their behinds with her 5 star customer service, I would give it 0 stars if I could! Jada was the only person on the entire crew that assisted customers while I was there and she did so with a smile by HER DAMN SELF! She's more than a team player. She could run the whole place by herself cause she was doing it already!! I watched three other employees not even attempt to help Jada after 5/6 families got in line to get "tokens"/cards and food. The other girl at the register had her airpods in and rolled her eyes when a little boy asked her a question. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service.

Walked in and there was no one to greet or stamp us. Walked to the counter waiting for an employee to greet us and 4 cashiers walked by with no regards to us and the family behind us. Kitchen was closed at 7:50 when we walked in. Only 3 tables were presentable. Bathrooms were nasty, however; all the games were working properly. They do except Apple Pay.

While they managed to clean the place up significantly my last visit, there were five or six people manning the place with one party of 10 kids going and multiple games out of tickets, cards, or downed. Seriously, the number couldn't have been less than one worker for every two kids. More than manageable. You would think now that they've done away with tokens and moved on to tap cards that more games would be in order, but several tap card sensors weren't working. Several games lacked tickets. Guess what games my kid wanted to play? Yup... I kept getting to explain that that one wasn't working and someone needed to fix it. Nope that one someone took the balls out of it. Nope not that one either because the tap card thing is shot. Nope not that one either. Once again, good time was had by the kiddos, but just so much needed work.

Poor service, dirty, RIP off. It's a shame that after spend $155.00 that this represents one of my children's favorite places to eat. If you eat here the food is extremely wanting. If you are thinking of unlimited play then you better not plan on eating. The option to pause the time is a not true. After asking if the pause option was on these cards I was told it is. Upon trying to pause was prompted that maximum pause limit meet. Now that's funny seeing it was the first pause attempt. Upon asking the management about this I was informed that pausing would not happen. Do yourself, your wallet and your children a favor and skip this place.

Worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Brought my 3 year old here for his birthday. Most of the games didn't dispense tickets at all. Some were broken, other jammed up. Ticket amounts have GREATLY decreased since I was a child, this place is a complete rip off now. Games average 2-3 tickets. A lot of the games were broken down and/or not working properly. Staff was apathetic. Just stay away from this place. Totally not worth it.
