Needed a car for a day or so Armand helped us and was extremely polite. The car was nice and clean. We returned the car and Armand said he would take us back to our hotel( Best Western on Collins) he went above and beyond! Thanks alot

My Husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service provided by Enterprise in Antioch. We had a traumatic car accident and needed 2 extensions on our rental. Once we secured a new vehicle, Carlos drove us to Carmax to pick it up. Every staff member at Enterprise treated us with kindness and respect. They helped make a stressful time a little easier. Not a good experience. After an accident, I needed a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. Called ahead of time to schedule a pick up from the repair shop, less than 5 miles away. The pick up did not arrive for an hour and a half. The representative I worked with at the Location then forced me to sign for the $25 a day Damage Waiver (an optional service) stating they would not allow for the rental without it. After returning the rental, the branch then made me jump through hoops just to receive a copy of my receipt! Never sent a copy even after calling and requesting 3 straight days! You're much better off at a different location

This place has been great to me every time I rent from there. (About 5-6 times in the past couple months) idk why they got a bad rep. Everyone there is so chill and they do their job right! Kudos to the workers at this location. If there's an issue with the rental they will put you in another car no problem. Y'all need to chill with these reviews, not that serious.

Good morning not a great experience today at Enterprise with Lizzy -manager at the Antioch location. I sent my son 26 up there today so that he can rent a car for 2 weeks he was turned away due to not having a utility bill in his name. The wouldn't take his medical bill or phone bill. 2 weeks prior i sent my daughter 23 up there and she was able to rent her car and for a month no utility bill needed. I asked Lizzy what was the difference and why she denied a rental for the young man. She stated that was the rules i asked her to point it out on the reservation letter where it said you needed a utility bill. She said that they had no policy but it was a known rule. Asked for GM and she stated his name was Brandon and that any location we went to would say the same. So i rented a car just now and guess what no utility bill needed and i used my debit card and not the credit card. And yes Lizzy was the who handled my reservation. So you tell me is that discriminating that my son experience. I need answer. BE CAREFUL RENTING AT ANTIOCH ENTERPRISE.

Someone totaled my car while I was on a road trip and DJ was extremely helpful in getting me into a nice full size car ! He got us back on the road super fast and we were able to continue the rest of the trip. Thank you DJ!

Its so said that the employees at this store blatantly took my money and now are trying to say they charge me 1080 for a deposit on a car..when the deposit is only 300 per vehicle..why would i pay a deposit that high...and In further investigation the also over charged my credit card...and the manager that left a message.I forwarded them my information and still nothing...

This place is terrible. They kept charging my card several times *after* I had already returned the car and the account had been closed. They denied charging the card and were extremely rude about it. They did not offer to help us at all, and I had to end up calling corporate to get it resolved (it was fraud and not authorized). Plus the customer service was not at all what I have experienced at enterprise before (has always been good), so not sure if its the manager or what but DO NOT go here!!
