Don't bother stopping here, employees are rude and don't know how to open their mouths to communicate. Bunch of clowns. They can't even get an order right - all they have to do is hit a button on a screen, real hard guys. And on top of that the food is cold and dry. We had to throw it away. To sum it up, the people and food here are garbage.

We were at the Hardee's on haywood lane in nashville tn this morning and we ordered the country fried steak biscuits combo and tea medium size. And three times the gave us ham cheese biscuit and they finally got are order right the third time around. And it is only 1 cashier and 1 cook and you are not aloud in the building at all. They do not even know what there song and they gave my mom an attotude.. They are just there to play not work and the employees also do not take there job seriously they need to hire people that take there job very seriously qnd there life very seriously. If you can't then you need to shut the business down

I went to breakfast with my crew this morning at 9 o'clock and the lobby wasn't open and they do not want to open for us even know my truck and I fit through the drive-through

Is it worth it to lose a long-standing customer over 64 cents??? Apparently they charging for water now. Interesting, in all my years I've never been asked to pay for a water cup. Are you allowed to just make up a policy if you are a shift manager? I've filed a complaint with their corporate office and I look forward to getting some clarity.

My family and I ate here on a trip after a very long day and are certainly happy we did. This Hardee's is very impressive and much better than the others around me. It has a very good variety (for sides alone you have five choices instead of just fries), the staff is very friendly, and the food is yum. I've not had a chocolate malt this good out in a long while. Thank you!

Who knew, Hardees has Mexican food? Purchased a taco salad which is on par with what I'd get at Taco Bell. Tasted a friend of mine's crispy hot regular fries which were delish as well!

I would give this zero stars if it was an option. I finally reached my breaking point the other night and will never return to this location again. Here's why: For one, the customer service is a joke. No one has ever been friendly. I realize you're working a fast food job, but slap a smile on and fake it or go to work somewhere else. My biggest reason for hating this place is that they consistently get my order wrong every time I am there. This last time was the worst. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger 1/2lb burger....they gave me a 1/3lb WITHOUT bacon. I turned around and went back and explained to the manager how they can never seem to get my order right and how frustrating that is and she showed no remorse and didn't offer to comp anything. All she said was that she told them to put bacon on the burger and that they will remake it. STAY AWAY from this location. They're incompetent and deserve to be shut down.
