First the good....the pizza was awesome. Cooked perfectly and the order was correct. Store is in a good location and very easy to access. Now the bad...upon entering an employee was at the counter wearing headphones and made eye contact with me but went to sit down in the back. I waited a few minutes and another employee saw me and also sat down however he finally got up and gave me my order. This is TERRIBLE customer service and negates what was otherwise a good experience.

I didn't receive one of the items I ordered.No one would answer the phone to talk w! Their customer service is terrible, they don't answer either!Oh yeah it took over an hour on a Thursday night! Done,if they don't care then I will order else where.Save your money!!!!!

We picked up a large Pizza from the 2255 Murfreesboro location 11/1. It's been awhile since we had Pizza and this was so good we just kept eating until the it was all gone. That was the 1st time we did that. Called the store and told them because it's important to give praise and this store deserved it! Thanks for a great meal from 2 very full tummys.

My friend ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas for delivery and when she received them one of the pizzas was burnt so bad that it was not even edible. She called the store to make a complaint and she was told that she would get 50% off of her next order and she was satisfied with that. The next day she ordered a regular crust meat lovers pizza and 3 2 liter sodas. They applied the 50% off as they said they would. They sent the order through DoorDash to be delivered. When the order was delivered it was only the pizza and no sodas. She asked the driver about the drinks and the driver informed her that she did not receive any sodas from the store. When she opened the pizza she noticed that the pizza had hardly any toppings on it at all. So the way I'm seeing it is that when this store gives you 50% off they only put 50% of the toppings on the pizza. When she called the store to ask about the sodas and let them know that the pizza did not have hardly any toppings on it at all. Christina was the person that answered the phone, when my friend asked her about the sodas and complained about the pizza not having hardly any toppings on it. Christina then became very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional stating that she was the manager of the store and she made that pizza herself. She informed my friend that she was going to call DoorDash to find out what happened with the sodas because she said that she knew for a fact that the sodas left the store with the pizza. My friend tried to talk to DoorDash but wasn't able to because she was not the person that ordered the DoorDash, this store was the one that ordered the DoorDash. When my friend attempted to contact Christina again to find out what will be done about this situation she was not answering the phone for her anymore. My friend called corporate to let them know that the manger of a store should not even be a cashier much less a manager. She was told that she would be receiving a call within 48 hrs from the complaint department. That was over 2 weeks ago and she has yet to receive a call. While attempting to call corporate just know she was hung up on not once but TWICE. And this is corporate that has hung up on her TWICE now. When she called the same corporate number for the third time she was told that she would need to speak with some person named jesup or something like that. When they transferred her to his phone nobody answered so she had to leave a message for him to call her back. Let's see how long it will take for them to call her back this time. That's if they even try to call her back at all.
