The property feels dated and is badly in need of updated furniture and refreshed facilities. I've read Yelp reviews of criminals breaking into cars in their parking lot and strangely, they charge for parking (something I've not seen in a hotel away from downtown)) but apparently provides no lot security. Not only is this far from everything you come to Nashville for, this is a hotel that doesn't measure up to many of the other great options in the Brentwood area. Unless the hotel makes some serious updates, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value, amenities, and location.

Not a bad experience but not great either. First time I've ever paid for parking at a hotel that wasn't in a downtown area. Walls are paper thin as I was woken up by my neighbors at 3 am doing their business.... Then they were loud talking and watching tv the remainder of the night. I'll just stay at the regular Hilton garden inn one exit to the south from here on out.

Pretty good property located south of downtown. Room was large and clean. Fitness center was large and had a good amount of equipment. Executive lounge access was a plus. Staff was friendly.

I visit Brentwood monthly and have stayed at the Hilton Brentwood/Nashville suites probably close to twenty times. The hotel is sharp, large, nicely decorated, and less than a mile from the office and from some great eateries. All of the rooms are suites and are nicely appointed. The only difference I've ever noticed amongst the nearly 20 different rooms I've stayed in is that some have tubs and other have sliding glass door showers. The atrium is freakin' HUGE, and you can look down on all the happenings from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor walkways. There are two glass elevators on either side the make getting to your room easier then using the stairs. There are a couple restaurants on site, but to be honest I've never eaten in either of them because I enjoy the look foodery so much. The grounds, while not massive, are nicely kept. Parking can be a challenge in that some (read that: a lot) of drivers don't know how to park in a space that's not four sides with right angles. I've seen some REALLY bad parking jobs in the spaces that are narrow at the curb and widen as they go out. The Executive Lounge is an amazingly awesome thing for those with Gold or Diamond status. Open from early until late Monday through Friday, there's always a selection of fruit, beverages, and snackery. It's a limited selection of each and, in the over two years I've been coming here, never changes. They have breakfast available in the morning and some light Hors d'oeuvres during dinner hours, along with limited bar service. These are not meant as a substitute for dinner, but rather something to bridge the gap until your evening meal. There's a little market area things that's got snacks and beverage available for purchase that come with that "convenient" pricing. Soft drinks, beers, ice cream, frozen snackitude, an assortment of chips and the like, and a few sundry items in case you forgot to bring some. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The pool isn't heated, so in the cooler months you're taking your chances. The hot tub is my single-favourite element of the entire hotel, and I cherish my time in it. The staff has always been absolutely great. They're helpful and friendly and always have the answers to my questions. There was even a time when someone tried to charge a beer to my room. When I asked about it the gentleman at guest services removed it with no hassle. On one stay, at 3:30 in the morning, I heard a noise coming from INSIDE my room. I'm the only one in the room and both locks were locked, so I kinda freaked because this loud noise definitely came from inside. When I turned on the light I saw that the mirror that's on the wall above the fridge/microwave/coffee maker area had fallen off the wall. Completely unannounced. At 3:30 in the morning. It fell forward and ended up on the floor. Even more amazing: The Mirror Did Not Break. (photo included). (let that sink in) I was a bit weirded out not only that it fell, but also because it didn't break. I did not immediately go back to sleep. There is a nightly parking fee for this facility. When I first started visiting it was $5 per car per night. Then it was $8. Now it's $10. With that kind of increase - in a year's time - you'd think there would be some kind of visual improvements, but I see nothing. The only "complaint" I have is that the offerings in the Executive Lounge could vary a bit. I love just about everything about this hotel and I look forward to each stay.

NOT A Hilton Hotels & Resorts FAN ANY LONGER! Hard to give any higher rating when my vehicle was broken into yesterday. This has been happening repeatedly on this property & in the area I've now learned, the hard way. Property employees & management aware of the issue and have taken little action to prevent ongoing incidents. NO Security Cameras. NO Security Staff added. Brentwood PD make rounds but not enough of them to keep property protected. So having knowledge this is an ongoing issue, WHY HAS Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites MANAGEMENT NOT TAKEN EXTRA SECURITY MEASURES!? I understand that none of these hotels assume liability but I would expect they could step up their security. They charge a $10 per night parking fee...what's that for!? With all the cars there that night, any night, that fee could most certainly cover costs for additional security measures! All I got from management was a buncha apologies & "that sucks" for you. They took off the $10 parking fee and that's it. I'm escalating to upper management & posting comments to PROTECT OTHERS! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON SUITES HERE IN BRENTWOOD!!! And I'm telling everyone I know how this has been mishandled to hopefully save someone else the loss & aggravation!

Great location and well designed hotel. The property has 2 restaurants on site in addition to a pool, fitness center and outdoor garden/patio. The lobby area is beautiful and guests were able to use it to relax or meet with others. There is also an executive lounge for qualified Hilton members. The all suite rooms are very spacious. The bed is comfortable and linens are well made. Bathroom is large enough for two people to get ready at the same time The sitting area gives a nice space to entertain. The mini fridge and wet bar allow for guests to keep their food for later use. There are adjoining rooms if necessary. Pricing was reasonable for the area, which is in the midst of many grocery stores and restaurants, with easy access to the highway. Roughly 20 min from the airport and downtown.

This is an older hotel but I can tell you that this is by far one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean. The executive lounge is what diamond members had come to expect before Hilton yanked it out of peoples life! It always stayed stocked and the breakfast was great. This will be my hotel of choice when staying in the area from now on!

Fabulous location, spic and spam clean room, best shower ever. Great bar and restaurant, nice free breakfast. BUT PLEASE - train your front line crew about emergency situations and post directions in the rooms. We're having severe weather and the staff has no clue. OK, rant over.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the property my husband and I are visiting right now. We are in the Nashville, TN area looking for a home and made a poor decision to stay at a Choice hotel our first night in town. Due to flight delayed we arrived very late in the night. Upon arrival we were greeted by a front desk host who humiliated us about my husband's service dog and was demanding her "paperwork". Despite our best effort to explain there is no paperwork for an ADA service dog they insisted to see papers. We tried to offer the paperwork that the airlines request for us to carry. My husband has type 1 diabetes and his dog alerts him when his blood sugar is dropping too low. The desk clerk called and woke up his manager who eventually told us to just come on in. The hotel reeked of marijuana and our room of cigarettes. It was so late and I was too tired from traveling to do much, but I did call the primary customer service line to tell them about the experience we were having and they asked us to call back in the morning. We could hear people arguing in the parking lot a good while also. We weren't sure how we were going to get our money back for the remaining nights at this hotel, but it didn't matter we knew we would not stay another night. We found the Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites and booked it before going to sleep that night. After an hour negotiation with the Choice hotel the next morning, who wanted to inspect the room to ensure our dog didn't cause damage (which was comical as 1/2 of the furniture had rips and busted handles) they agreed that the dog did no harm. They also informed us we should have told them about the cigarette smoke and they would have moved us. I explained that I called the customer service line and was advised to wait until that morning. We moved to the Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites yesterday morning and the staff was so kind they helped us with early check in and have been absolutely wonderful. This property is beautiful and in such a nice location. My husband and I slept so peacefully being in a place that has been so welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff knew exactly what to ask regarding our dog and even mentioned that they saw her listed when we booked the reservation. This was such a drastically different experience from the other hotel that it choked me up at their kindness. Hilton has wonderful people at this property, it's in a fantastic location and I am just so thankful for the experience. I am glad we get to spend the rest of our visit here with them. I hope whoever is reading this has a wonderful day.
