We booked this trip a few months in advance and reserved this hotel as the price was a bit less expensive than staying in the city but wasn't that far away from it. Located in what appears to be a central business area with some local restaurants and other small businesses nearby as well as a main street with other necessities such as banks, grocery stores, etc.. The outside of the property is well maintained and very clean, as well as the lobby and interior. As for the room itself, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, but for the price we paid, we had several little inconveniences or items that were broken and needed attention. First off, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the guests above walking, using the restroom, etc. It wasn't enough to keep us up at night; however, it was still annoying to hear creaks here and there and you could hear light voices talking. Our first night upon sitting down on the kitchenette chairs, we noticed one had its leg broken and started to fall inward. We immediately notified the employee at the front desk and she said she would let someone know and I told her the next day was fine for someone to come replace it (no one came so we had to call again, of which the employee for that evening brought us a new chair to replace). The hallway fire alarm went off on our first night as well and we contacted the front desk as they had no clue it was going off. Yesterday while getting ready to jump in the shower the bathroom light fixture cover came crashing down over the toilet and startled the heck out of us. The cover was already cracked apparently and hanging onto the thread. I took it down to the desk clerk on duty and let her know. She offered for maintenance to bring up a new one and I told her it was fine as we are checking out the following day. The toilet was slow to flush and kept having to use the plunger after every use. Fire alarm over the kitchenette was all taped up in bubble wrap (which is a safety hazard) and the only thing I can think of is because it must have kept going off previously while someone was cooking on the stove top. As for the breakfast, it was mediocre, at best. Watery eggs, some type of mystery meat sausage, some dry breads for toasting (packaged pastries were ok). I kept scratching my head because one day they had the waffle irons out and nothing else in that area. The next day they had them out with more items and I thought oh, goody, we can make waffles and another guest asked the employee if waffles were available since everything was set up and she stated it was broken (why have them out then). Gym was clean and very small; however, it served its purpose and was able to get my workouts in, but really only good for up to two people. The room needs to be serviced more than it was as two days in a row I grabbed the last towel and I notified the front desk about that. Laundry room was available and everything worked, so that was appreciated. As for the employees, they were friendly and hospitable. Overall, I don't have any plans to visit the area in the future, but if I did I certainly would not stay here again due to all the issues that we had. It's in a great location for business travelers and in a nice area; however, the price needs to be at least a couple of hundred bucks cheaper due to all of the inconveniences and maintenance issues we had.

I'm giving this hotel a well-deserved 5 stars for its outstanding performance at its price point. The property is clean, remarkably comfortable, and modern. The seamless online check-in process, complete with a convenient digital key, makes check in quick and easy. The spacious living area, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, is impressively large while the bed/bath is also spacious and comfortable. I didn't use the pool but it was clean and will be a nice touch for families with kids. The Homewoods breakfast was your typical Hilton breakfast but this one was slightly better with more offerings. Hands down, this hotel represents the best value I've encountered. Great job to the Homewood Suites staff.

Bed bugs!! Tried to make a complaint & they dismissed it completely. Don't ever stay here!

This place is maybe half a step up from a motel 6. The food was barely edible and what they had they ran out of daily. The second elevator and a treadmill in the fitness center was broken the whole week we were there. They have travel teams staying there every weekend and the chaperones either leave the kids by themselves or don't bother to watch them. I actually got into it with one of them because the kids were running around, throwing fruit and horse-playing in the lobby. The staff aren't helpful and don't seem concerned about the guests or their safety. I talked to the manager who wasn't very helpful; he just made excuses and the general manager never made an appearance the entire week. Next time, I'll take my chances and find a motel 6.

Don't stay here. Way overpriced and outdated. Chair in living room is really nasty. The condition of this hotel would remind of a really bad La Quinta where you park in front of your room. Lighting is also very poor along with 20 yr old TVs. The room rent should be around $65. Elevator is extremely slow.

Wonderful stay. Staff person, Adrian, found our car keys late at night and packaged them. The next morning when we inquired about them being found they were right at the front desk waiting for us. He is a very kind, personable man and quite professional working behind the front desk. He was the first face we saw on our arrival and he made us feel very welcomed! 5 Stars!

Definitely not the hotel I usually stay at. teenagers partying until 10pm before hotel does anything about the noise. worst 3 nights. I've stayed her a couple times a year. this was enough to not want to come back.

We have never stayed at a Homewood property and were very happy with the accommodations. The suite was more like an apartment, very spacious with everything we needed. It was a little dated, but clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful, especially Merima and Adrian. Great experience.

Not sure why this hotel is getting not more positive reviews, as this was an excellent hotel. Rooms are large, extremely quite, comfortable, updated, and clean. The gym is just the right size and the complementary breakfast is great. Much better than most hotels. Great experience, highly recommend this location to anyone.

left before unpacking. Our child sat the couch and developed an itchy rash, discovered bedbugs lurking. Kind of old and run down building too. Yuck
