I don't visit Sonic as often as I'd like, partly because there's not one close to where I live. However, whenever I do, it's always a great experience. When I'm in town for work, I make a point to visit this Sonic because it's conveniently located between my office and the hotel. It's literally on my way, making it incredibly accessible. Sonic is reminiscent of the classic car-hop experience, where you order from your car, and someone brings your food to you. While the roller skates are a thing of the past and the order boards are now high-tech, the nostalgic concept remains. One of the most convenient aspects is the Sonic app. Ordering through the app is simple and intuitive, with the full menu and customization options at your fingertips. I also often encounter deals when ordering before 5 p.m., which offers some nice early-bird savings. Typically, I place my order through the app before leaving the office. Once I arrive, I park in a stall, check in via the app, and provide the stall number. In just two or three minutes, a staff member (not on skates) brings the food directly to my car. Out of all my visits, I've only had one issue. On that occasion, I ordered a Dr Pepper® and a customized cheeseburger. I didn't check my drink before driving away, assuming, "What could go wrong?" But when I arrived at my hotel, I discovered the drink was some kind of cherry Coke or other nasty flavor. Without hesitation, I drove back to the restaurant, pulled into a stall, and explained the situation. They corrected the drink immediately, and I was on my way. (There's a lesson in this: ALWAYS check your drink before you leave the drive-thru. I do it every single time I order a drink through drive-thru. Every drive-thr. Every time.) Unfortunately, when I got to my hotel room, I realized the rest of the order was also incorrect. Not only was the burger not customized as I'd requested, but it was the completely wrong burger. Since it was raining and I didn't want to go back, I decided to eat it anyway. I called the store to explain what had happened. The manager I spoke to was apologetic and processed a full refund for the order quickly and efficiently. Despite this one hiccup, my overall experience has been excellent. The issue was handled promptly, and I've returned twice since with no problems at all. I look forward to my next visit (more than likely tomorrow). The service is fast, the food is consistent, and there's always something new to try on the menu.

I recommend going to Sonic if you want a quick and convenient meal. When I went, I ordered a Chili Cheese Hot Dog as well as a Chocolate Oreo Milkshake. The milkshake actually had a good amount of chocolate fudge and oreos. I rate this 4 stars because their service is just a little bit slow but overall it is worth waiting for!

Asked for a small regular sonic blast with both cookie dough and oreo as well as extra of each and some on the bottom if possible. I ask for this EVERY SINGLE TIME and other locations seem to have no problem with it. This location however just gave me a cookie dough (not vanilla) ice cream with cookie dough in it. No extra anything, no oreo at all. Thus is really annoying as I stated it clearly and it's on the receipt almost correctly so what I paid for is not what I got at all. Wish I had checked it before getting home but what was on the screen upon paying all looked correct. It's not that hard of a job to follow order directions tbh. Update 4 months later....Sonic got it wrong again and still had us to for it!!! They owe me two refunds on sonic blasts these idiots can't get right unless my husband digs through it with a spoon and checks it before he leaves.

I ordered a cheeseburger with light mayo and a watermelon slush. The burger that was delivered had enough mayo on it I could have scraped it off and made a batch of chicken salad with it. I don't know if it was some internal joke-but when I asked to have it remade the carhop got an attitude. It was even on the ticket and screen as light mayo. There are other sonic locations in the area that do a much better job. Visit them instead.

It was the best of the worsts choices at this time of night. Not rally a fan of the place, but will take what I can get at this time. Beats a roller dog fromthe gas station. The staff was great. The location was.... in a wierd place.

I come here so much that it has gotten to be a joke with my family! When I get the texts about specials, I typically post it on Facebook for my friends. I am a huge fan of Sonic, in general... But this location, specifically, especially in the mornings, Mike's welcoming, cheery voice and the sight of Carmen's smiling face always starts my day off right! This morning, Mike took my order and personally delivered my tasty food. Yes, some of the teens don't yet understand customer service... but the morning crew MAKES MY DAY!

Every time I visit the orders have always been right and the staff is very polite. I wish it had a drive through, but that would be my only "complaint." I usually go once a week for a drink as the app is half off certain drinks.
