I ordered a box from your Brentwood store. Through Major Menus they sent me a box with a bag of chips and a cookie no sandwich in it. I called to let them know that my sandwich was missing. They told me that they don't do refunds and they saw that there was no sandwich in my order. I was told I could come into the store and get my sandwich. I work in Metro Center a long way from Brentwood. I paid 15.00 dollars for the box so why would you not call my number which is attached to my order? I am very disappointed with the customer service I was provided. I will never use you on Marjor Menus again. And all my co-workers witness my treatment and they won't be using you again either.

I asked a friend to join me for Honeybaked ham sandwiches. Her husband has Alpha gal syndrome which limits their enjoyment of meat to turkey, chicken and seafood. I am still dismayed by the response I got when I order ham sandwiches. I was told that they were out of ham slices for sandwiches and since they were slicing hams in half at the moment, it would be a while before sliced ham would be available. I am still dismayed by the clerks response that he could make turkey sandwiches. We left and I felt terrible asking my friend to drive 17 miles in afternoon traffic for nothing. I was so embarrassed and now realize if ever I get the urge to ask anyone to dine again, I will phone ahead to verify that food is available.

I have ordered from HBH for decades and even this store for Thanksgiving this year. However, I picked up a boneless ham and roasted turkey for Christmas and while the ham was perfect the turkey was COMPLETELY FROZEN! Also covered in freezer burn and tasted (the little bit I was able to cut off) terrible. I have emailed the store directly as well as completing the survey from my receipt in both cases asking to be contacted. Crickets! Absolute silence. I realize sometimes quality can slide, but that's when customer service should kick in. Not the case with the Franklin HBH.

This rating is more for the convoluted Honey Baked company's system and only mildly inspired by the quality. Since they're maintaining a solid 2-star rating on Yelp and have all sorts of customer service issues posted here - yet inexplicably staying in business - they won't care about my dissatisfaction in the least. We ordered a ham from this location last Thanksgiving, and it was good (but certainly not great). This year, we ordered again as certain people in the family insist upon it. And then, an unfortunate coronavirus death in our extended family caused the cancellation of four of our guests from that family. Now, we're planning a much smaller Thanksgiving meal. After losing half our guests, we decided to cancel our ham order. We call this Honey Baked store during business hours, but no options from the menu will allow customers to speak to a human. So we called the national phone number. After waiting for 30 minutes, a human finally answered! But wait ... at the national number, we were told that they only have access to online shipped orders through Honey Baked Ham. They cannot see local store orders. They have no record of it. Therefore, we were forced to go to the actual store, wait in line, and cancel the order in person. Call us crazy, but after the coronavirus has personally affected our family, we're uneasy about visiting public places and shocked their isn't a socially distanced way to cancel a local Honey Baked order! In this day and age, the company must make this easier to do over the phone, and they must have a national computer system that communicates with local stores.

As a long-time customer of this store, I enjoy with my family their products at holidays and, less frequently, for routine meals. I recently ordered some sliders through the HBH online store for a Derby party; when I picked up the order, I questioned whether it was complete, as the price tags on the items added up to less than I paid online. The local store employees attributed the difference to my order being online, and we ended the conversation. After arriving home with my order and confirming the missing items, I submitted a complaint. This is the reason for the five stars: the manager, Jerry, called me back promptly, listened carefully to my story, confirmed the error, explained the reason and a plan to prevent future similar situations, refunded the extra cost that I had paid, and mailed me a gift card. Because of this resolution, I will visit the store again (and would not have earlier). Mistakes can happen, and I really appreciated how he worked to make things right!

We placed an on-line order in October for pick-up at the Franklin, Tennessee location for 6:30 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My husband went at 5 pm to pick-up our order, and was met by the General Manager telling him that they were sold out and our was sold to some else and we did not have Thanksgiving Dinner. His complete insincerity and apparent lack of care was obvious, as he offered no solutions to our now desperate search for a last minute Thanksgiving Dinner. We continued to receive reminder emails to pick-up our order throughout the entire Wednesday knowing our food was not available. Then to make matters worse, we called to complain to customer service at Honey Baked Ham Headquarters. They took our report, and we were instructed that within 24-48 hours, we would hear from a Customer Service, WE ARE STILL WAITING! BUYER BEWARE - ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT CHRISTMAS DINNER!!

The food was great as always, but the associate working there was extremely inappropriate to other employees. I believe her name was Elizabeth. She was berating other employees over politics and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't know how anybody can work with a person like this, but it's not something I want to witness ever again. Kudos to the other employees for keeping their cool and doing their best to ignore her, but regardless, it was over the top and I won't be ordering from here any more until it's taken care of. If any of her coworkers were me, she'd be reported for harassment immediately.

I ordered my Easter Meal a week ahead of time for pick up the Thursday before Easter and was given a specific pick up time. When I arrived it was not crowded at all. There were two people being served and I was next. I'm sorry to say the counter clerk had no idea what she was doing and could not find my total order. It all worked out okay because the manager came out and showed her how to view the orders on the register!! I guess like everywhere else, help is new and maybe not trained all that well with a holiday, etc. Once the order was straightened out, the clerk and manager started opening the all the frig doors and packing up my FROZEN boxes of food. I was pretty surprised that these orders were not already bagged up and ready for pick up.....thought that was the reason for a specific pick up time......By the time I left the counter there were at least 12 people in line. Poor management cause the orders should have all been made up. The food was Horrible!! I had no idea all the sides would be mass produced and frozen at some warehouse. I could have gotten all the same frozen food from Stauffers at the grocery store. I didn't need to pay $12.00 per side for frozen food. I had 7 sides that almost all needed to be cooked for different lengths of time....fortunately they were all at the same temperature! They all needed to be cooked between 45 and 55 minutes then stirred and put back to cook another 15-40 minutes!! This entire process took me LONGER than if I cooked all my own sides. This was supposed to save me time and let me enjoy my guests with very little effort. It was a disaster and caused so much stress and confusion. I need 5 different timers! I have never been so embarrassed! I served my guests the most disgusting food I have ever had in my home. I supposed the bottom line is....it was my own fault for thinking Honey Baked Ham Company made quality food ! I have never purchased anything from them but the Ham! I should have checked reviews before ordering! The Ham was okay....It had a 2 inch chunk of fat running through the entire center which made all the pieces fall apart, but at least it wasn't salty! If you are any kind of a cook and make your own holiday meals, don't think you can take a short cut and get a decent meal at Honey Baked Ham!!
