Loved our stay! We came for a spa weekend and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff is WONDERFUL. They knew we were coming in for a special occasion and left goodies for us and note that we found upon checking in. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was so clean.

Spa is great - pricey but not out of the norm for Nashville. They have great locker rooms and a relaxing room to hang out in pre-treatment.

Do note that in the Alcove suite, the shower and toilet room are visible to all of the room. They have doors but they are fluted glass.

Only other thing we'd critique is the food and drink pricing throughout the hotel. It's high - and although it's great food and drink not quite worth the $20 cocktail or $6 snack charge. I will note they have a FANTASTIC whiskey/ bourbon selection in the lobby bar and on the rooftop.

As a local we appreciated the beautiful building/ design and commitment to sustainability.

1 Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Nashville. The entire building is very modern, eco-friendly, and well designed. The valet was very friendly and efficient along. The only downside is it seems they only have one person manning the front desk and the line can back up from time to time. Every room has a filtered water tap which is a huge plus. The room service order was placed online and arrived quickly. The food was good and reasonably priced. The gym was large with plenty of equipment, free weights, and yoga mats. The spa is wonderful equipped with a sauna and steam room in the male and female locker rooms. Check out the roof top bar while you’re here!

Amazing hotel.  Truly beautiful with tons of nice touches throughout. All of the plant life make it very homey and enjoyed the design of the lobby and the rooms were very thoughtfully put together as well. Great city views. The rooftop bar was beautiful and their gym is extremely nice as well. Can’t wait to come back.

5-star property with 3-star service. I wish I could write a glowing review. All the staff I spoke with were very kind and tried to be helpful, but something is off about the way this hotel is run. For example, I checked into a room late at night needing sleep. Unfortunately the smoke detector in my room had a low battery and keep beeping all night. It kept me up and I requested a room change. You would think the front desk would provide one immediately, but instead they insisted on sending an "engineer" to fix the problem. That would have taken time away from sleeping, so I pushed back and eventually they let me move rooms. But instead of offering to help me move, someone just came by my old room and handed me a new key card and left. Then when I dragged all my things down to my new room, lo and behold, the key card they made for me didn't even work! So I had to go back downstairs and get it re-programmed. I wasn't looking for anything, but I would have expected some offer of renumeration for this hassle. The other problem with this property is its proximity to another hotel across the street which I found delivery drivers accidentally deliver to. I had food delivered twice and both times I needed to go across the street to retrieve the food. This isn't 1 Hotel's fault, but there could be a sign or something to help drivers find the right property. Overall, I probably would stay elsewhere in the future due to these small things that add up to big inconveniences.

In the heart of the city, this place is the perfect stay to take in the country music city.
The rooms are huge, the customer service is superior and the energy, atmosphere, and aesthetic are surreal. From the rooftop with phenomenal views to the custom cocktails, delicious menu and calming atmosphere it’s the perfect stay.

My favorite thing is the plants that create a beautiful atmosphere and double as a natural purifier.
