Just pulled in to have a quick lunch. All-American hotdog with mustard, onion, and relish, tater tots and a cherry limeade. Service was quick and the tots were great. The hotdog however was COLD! I wasn't even sure it had been heated. No excuse for a Houston be cold!

Ok. I have to give them this one today. The burgers and service were on top. They did forget the cherries but that was not a biggy. It's still in need of an upgrade but food and service were good.

We all know sonic is a dump.. but when I chose to spend money here and they proceed to charge me money for a CUP OF WATER I was reassured of what a trash heap this place is. And then when I asked the order taker she had the audacity to assure me in her bratty tone that ya the 80¢ is for the styrofoam cup.. get with the times honey... there's a reason this business won't be around in five years. Save your money, literally go anywhere but this garbage establishment.

I live near this location, so we go there fairly frequently and they always do a great job. Fast, and great carhops! The new Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float is very yummy and only 260 calories! Sonic always does interesting Limited time featured items!

I have visited Sonic Drive Ins all over the United States, but never before have I visited one run as lousy as this one. It is a guarantee that if you visit this location, it will take 3 - 4 times the amount of time to get your order, and about 50% of that time the order will be incorrect. I have visited this location several times and have friends who have visited multiple times with consistently bad results. My most recent visit was placed through their app and was VERY easy. A Route 44 Sweet Tea with Sweet Cream added. Instead they bought me an unsweet tea with 5 containers of half and half for coffee. When I asked about this, they did nothing to resolve the issue. I called to speak with an assistant manager after leaving before causing a scene and was told that they could put my name in a book to fix it next time I decided to come back. I called their corporate customer care and was told they would give me a "free route 44 replacement with the purchase of a burger through the app." So I have to spend more money with them to resolve the issue. I DO NOT recommend doing business's at this location. Other Sonic locations seem to be ok from my experience, but this one can suck it.

This has to be one of the slowest Sonics I have been too and I have been to WAY TOO many over the years. From the time you pull in you know they are busy, but the slowness of answering the Red Button to food delivery makes this anything but FAST FOOD. Unfortunately it's the closest to the airport and I like to grab a drink prior to picking up folks and when I land...just wishing had closer better options.

Officially over it and done with this Sonic location. Every now and then we'll give it a try since we live around the corner, HOPING it gets better and never does. The food isn't bad. The problem is out of the dozen or so times I've gone, the order is NEVER correct. Usually it's just an item or two. Tonight it was literally the ENTIRE order. The mind blowing thing is the correct receipt/order is on the outside of the bag, but the items in the bag are all wrong. And I don't mean they forgot to leave off condiments; everything in the bag is a completely different menu item from what we ordered. Don't know if this location needs an overhaul on management, better training, or whatever else, but we definitely won't be going back. (Yeah, I know it's a fast food location, but people are still paying for a service. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and it shouldn't be difficult.)

Supposed to close at 12am. Arrived at 11:40 on a Friday night with the employee telling us they're closed- aka they just don't want to. Very disappointing as we drove out of the way specifically for sonic!

Sonic is not worth the money you pay for it! We spent $30 for two people to eat and when I get my food they put rotten lettuce on it and refused to give me my money back. I just got the runaround from this location and the OK sonic people will never spend my money here again, and we typically get stuff weekly.

Well, today, I purchased a $20.70 order. I paid $30 in cash, thinking I will get my changes back and give the carhop a tip. However, I did not get my money back from the carhop. So, my advice is to give the carhop the exact amount of money, including the tip, so that you won't get robbed by the carhop.
