Must have been an unforgettable night since my car peed all over the driveway. At least it was my driveway this time.. AAA membership has paid for itself 4x over this year! Downloaded their mobile app and set up my account. Easy to use and saved all my vehicles' info for future 'incidents'. Who can ever remember their license plate number especially after a weekend bender?? App gave me the estimated wait time and also pinpointed my approximate gas location for service. AAA even called me with an update and indicated the tow truck would call me when in route. Now if only they could tie in real time gps coords to their trucks on Google maps! Here's to you AAA tow truck driver guys!

TLDR; DO NOT USE AAA, SAVE YOUR MONEY, CALL A LOCAL TOW COMPANY Do not get a membership with AAA. It is absolutely worthless. Triple A used to be a luxury, a reliable company that quickly and consistently took care of its customers, but not anymore. I was blindly charged $150 after waiting *14 hours* past the original arrival time for the tow. I had to call three times to get any answer. It takes several minutes upon calling to reach a representative. You have to lie about why you're calling, then get to a human and get transferred. When I called to talk with a representative about the undisclosed charge, I was transferred to a supervisor who told me , "a complaint will be filed". I had further questions (like when should I expect a response/should I expect a phone call or email/what does that even mean...?), but was hung up on by the supervisor. TLDR; DO NOT USE AAA, SAVE YOUR MONEY, CALL A LOCAL TOW COMPANY

They lost my car on Wednesday July 25th and I still haven't gotten it back yet and it's Saturday the 28th Got a tow on July 23, 2025 on 930am. AAA the tow company the wrong information so they tried to bring my car to an address that didn't exist. To make things worse, AAA didnt even know what company towed my car. I was lucly enough to take pics of it on the tow truck and the phone number was in the pictures. Because the tow truck driver wasted his day and didn't get paid he decided to bring by truck back to his yard and is now demanding 350 dollars to release it. AAA is doing nothing to fix there mistake and it is not Saturday July 26th and I still don't have my car and there only resolution is for me to pay 350 dollars for there mistake and they will "reimburse me" is 6 to 8 weeks. I have spent countless hours on the phone with numerous people and its almost as if they have no records of any of our conversations like they just screw up pretty bad.

THEY SUCK!!!! They never showed up. After 4 hours I had to hitch a ride and call a tow company from the dealership. They kept lying and saying 30 minutes more. POS people that don't care about your safety or their obligation to provide the service I paid for. I sent multiple requests to talk with someone and never got a response.

Bad customer service, don't get insurance with this people. The don't returned calls, they don't send you emails when is time to renew

I had them tell me one hour with a text verification then told in text 12 min I watched the tow driver drive past me. Then he lied to AAA and told them he didn't have the equipment to tow me which was not true. Then three hours in was told another 45 mins and then that driver canceled due to me stating that triple a should be responsible for mileage over charge due to the first driver driving past me . I have been a valued member for over 16 years and I feel as though AAA could handle this situation better .

Horrible company. i will skip the all the details and just say im almost 60 yrs old and this is the first negative post i have ever done about any business. i usually just take it as a learning lesson and move on, but this time i felt really screwed over. i may file complaint with Insurance commission if that will do anything

AAA has done nothing to correct this problem my regrets is how this company was good at one time, now they don't even try. Don't waste your money using AAA apparently they have sold to a overseas company and they just don't care !

I called AAA Roadside Assistance. Prior uses were excellent however today service was Lousy. Timeliness was excellent but when tech was arriving he could not follow directions in garage but WORSE WAS HE WAS IN UARKED PRIVATE AUTO. No markings on car and I had no way to confirm tech was in fact with AAA! Cannot contact AAA via website at all. Usually vehicles ate AAA cars or tow truck with business names No ID OR MARKINGS ON AUTO! This is a SAFETY CONCERN!
