Visiting from out of town and was looking for a chill place to enjoy my evening. I didn't think hookah existed in a city such as Nashville but it does and this place was conveniently near my hotel. Service- came on a Tuesday night so the waitresses were pretty attentive. Hookah- tried Rose Mint(recommended by my waitress) and it was pretty smooth. I was there for about almost two hours and with the help of new coals- it was good the whole time and didn't get harsh (at least I didn't let it get harsh). This place does have a rule that it makes you get a refill after 3 hours- I've never heard of this anywhere else but makes sense because after that- are you even getting the flavor anymore ? Drinks - I tried Smurf Sex (similar to an Adios MF) and Hookah water (got it because of the name). Both were good & strong but that hookah water does not look good at all. Overall- the place is a nice little vibe (especially because the patrons were people that looked like me and hip hop/R&B music was played). Definitely would come back.

Aladdin's Hookah Lounge and Bar is located on Elliston Place in Nashville. The lounge is open Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and Friday and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 2:30 AM. I've visited over a dozen hookah lounges up and down the East Coast, and I can confidently say that this place doesn't live up to its so-called "upscale" vibe. The interior feels dingy, and the staff is unwelcoming. The hookah itself is pretty solid. If your main focus is just the quality of the hookah, you won't be too disappointed.

The hookah and drinks were good. We ordered wings they could've been better seasoned since we did order regular wings and they just took a while to come from the back. The music was r&b so the vibes are there.

This place is the worst ever. I have tried this place 2x and both times the service was terrible. The waitress were very rude and inattentive. The first attempt to patron this location the server was rude and looked hung over. I ordered a drink and food. The food was over cooked and in seasoned and the drink tasted like dish water. The hookah experience was trash as if they don't clean the units daily. I attempted to pay with American Express. Only to find the credit card system was down. I was forced to wait 45 minutes to pay my bill or send the manager a "cash app" for my bill. I refused, so she stormed off and worked on the system. At not time was offered an apology, a glass of water, anything for my wait. After waiting I was charged an automatic 20% gratuity. 2nd time the waitress Was worst than the first time. The waitress cursed out her stoned brother my id was checked (but other patrons were not checked) and the drinks were trash. The hookah flavored I ordered was wrong my drink was wrong(simple lemon drop) and the server decided to have a full 10 minute conversation with her friends while holding my credit card hostage. Oh and was charged again 20% gratuity. The decor in the location drab and weary. You got your last dollar from me. I will not be back for any reason. Oh and the manager today looked like she rolled out of bed and came straight to work. Have some pride!

This used to be my go to spot everyday from 3-6 for the last 6 months or so but unfortunately the owner refuses to get rid of their number one problem -- the bar manager. They act like it's an inconvenience for you to be there in the place.. if they don't want guests then shut down? Last night I went back in and it was slow (I always spend money here daily. Never cause problems- mind my business) and one bartender Krystal sat at the table next to us to get our order so I leaned in because she was across from me and I wanted her to hear me. My elbow was resting on the table and Elece decided to come be a smart **s and say I needed to move my elbow or get another hookah .... Like huh? Why would you ever think it's ok to speak to a customer like that, let alone a regular?? Very strange ... it wasn't busy and no one was at or was wanting the table. I was also not going to keep my elbow there all night lol. Like huh? So since this is was the 100th she's given me an attitude for no reason other than simply existing I decided to stand up for myself and remind her she sounds dumb af. So of course her bad attitude caused issues between her Krystal bc Elece finds the need to take her bad day out on everyone around her. I then come back the next day (today) at 3pm per usual expecting an apology or a greeting. And Rachel (who is always kind and nice and friendly) said Hey! But Elece ... chose to stay quiet and not make eye contact. I sat down and waited for water ... never got it. Another regular comes in a few minutes after me and Elece gets up and puts his order in and brings home water and sits back down. I already knew she was going to play immature games bc that's the kind of individual she is so I got up and left. I will not be back. It's a shame Elece is so unpredictable sometimes she's pleasant but as of lately 80% of the times she has been ridiculously unprofessional. Other ppl have told me they refuse to go there because of her and I never had that issue personally until now. This is just one example... a few weeks ago she snapped at me for ordering food and called me the B word multiple times in front of customers... then she did it again a few days after that and a stranger had to pipe in and say "I don't think we need to be calling Bri that she literally never causes problems". A joke of a place since she has been an issue for years but she's still around. I guess they choose unprofessionalism over loyal customers that pay and mind their business.

I literally have never had an experience like this in my life! From the moment we walked in the door the guy who looked at IDs had an attitude. 4 of the 6 people we were with have come here for 10+ years and were just as shocked. We sat down & had already ordered a hookah, some drinks, and food but the lady server and whoever the man that was supposed to be security or whatever (he wasn't consistently checking IDs for people entering) said we HAD to order a second hookah if we had two tables. The tables were essentially tables for 2 yet we had 6 people. There was no one waiting for a table and we said we were going to consolidate the tables once they brought our food and hookah to the table so we wouldn't block the walkways. The man threatenly stood over our table and said we had to leave even though we weren't yelling, we didn't cause a scene. It was literally the strangest & worst interaction I've ever had at a restaurant or lounge. This was my first and probably last time ever trying this establishment.

Nice experience. Food and drinks were really good. Re-sat us at a better table eventually. However, the ticket said that we had 7 guests when it was 4. So the tip was included in our bill (which is ok because we were going to tip anyway).

I've walked past this place a million times and have always been meaning to try it out, and finally got the chance last night. I not only wasn't disappointed, my expectations were exceeded and I'd definitely go back! This was one of the coolest hookah bars I've been to. It's also way larger than I anticipated inside and there was plenty of seating available on Friday night. They have a pretty large array of hookah flavors, and it's $18 per hookah. They also had this attachment that had ice in it to make the smoke cold which was so.cool. Literally and figuratively. We chose blueberry spearmint as the flavor and it was delicious! The staff were also pretty attentive and great about making sure we our coals were adjusted and checking in to see if we wanted food/drinks. They have an all day wine menu where you can get $5 glasses of wine too. With 4 people, 3 glasses of wine and added gratuity (it was immediately added to the bill instead of tipping after), it ended up being less than $12 per person, so not bad at all. The ambiance inside was also awesome. Would make for a chill night out, date night, whatever. Highly recommend to anyone who likes hookah.

The food and hookah is great, but the service is horrible. The servers (all women) are rude, unprofessional and a downright drag. Anytime you ask them for anything they have an attitude like you are bothering them, they pick and choose who they want to serve, they never greet you just always seem mean and unhappy like your presence is a bother. They automatically charge a 20% tip so they don't have to provide any good service, and don't bother to ask for the manager she is the ring leader of the horrible customer service and low morale. The place would be great if they would get a better staff with better attitudes. My suggestion is find another hookah bar to go to unless you like bad attitudes, and bad service.
