Nice Hotel that gets the job done. Hotel is close to the airport, and a short drive to all the happenings in Nashville. They have an outdoor pool, gym, pool table, and board games. There is a bar located in the lobby. It can get noisy, but didn't bother us. They serve breakfast in the morning, but it is an additional charge. They also sell snacks as well. The room was spacious, and the layout puts you in the sense of a studio apartment. The bed is soft, and the pillows are too. I didn't care for the pillows as they are a little too soft for my liking. The air gets very cold but you can adjust the temperature to your likings via the thermostat on the wall. Plenty of towels, although one hand towel had visible pink stains on it. The hotel was quiet and didn't hear any noise from other guest while in the room. They were courteous during the night. Some Constructive criticism for Marriott BonVoy corporation is: -The hotel has a smell that reminds me from when I lived on campus for college. It's not a bad smell, but I think some scent diffusers would do some justice. -The cloth seating area and rug in front of the elevators could use a deep clean, as there are very noticeable stains. -Housekeepers should double check all spaces in the rooms. shower, trash cans,and floors to ensure there are no crumbs/paper shreds,etc. left before marking the room as clean. Also, ensure all towels are free of any stains. Overall, I would come back and stay here again.

The Aloft Nashville Airport is in need of better management. There is potential here, so I would still consider it for your upcoming travels. Staff: - I had a question about the hotel and tried to call on 3 different days, mixing up morning/afternoon times. No one ever picked up. The phone kept ringing and ringing. - When I show up to check in, I realized there was ever only 1 person working the front desk...sometimes. About 75% of the time I walked by the front desk, no one was there. Not sure where they were. Rooms: - As others have said, the rooms are LOUD. If you happen to be on the first floor, or second floor above the lobby, you can hear everything. I imagine that the builders of the property cheaped out on materials, because we could hear the person in the room above us walking (very normally) in their room. - The use of Ikea-esque furniture was a bad decision because it just doesn't hold up. Things look used. - The use of the wall mounted AC system isn't very effective, especially in the hot Nashville weather. It was put in the corner of the room, right by the bed, so all night long you'd be frigid because the cold air was blasting right on you, but the other spaces in the room were too warm for comfort. The location requires you to drive to get anywhere, so renting a car is a must. Free parking in the hotel lot is a bonus.

I have always believed that there was a standard for all Marriott's. I was a former employee, so to me I know what my training was and the policy we followed. Im either learning the standard isn't the same across all Marriotts or the difference is just this particular hotel. I called on 3 separate occasions to have a card authorization form emailed to me so I can pay my 2 sons stay. Never got it, 3 requests not one form. I asked for a request for early check in at 6, the girl told me id have to pay for the previous night and thats their policy. Policy states that after the morning audit if rooms are available you are allowed to check someone in. I agreed to pay the extra day cause at this point my son's are already in route and have been driving from Boston. So I called for a 4th form request, only to be told that "ONLY a manager can do it" so I asked what my alternative is. She said give them the physical card, guess she missed when I said they were driving back to Nashville from Boston. I was then put on a 34 minute hold waiting to talk to reservations. Gave up, now have no idea what I should be doing or can do for my kids. Imagine not leaving your staff with full capabilities to serve your customers. Has to be based on location cause this is the first ive ever heard a manager needs to send the form. They did not even attempt to find a resolution, just straight transferred me and gave me false information and said its stated on the website, which was def a lie because I asked for the policy. Gaslighting at its best. Nothing wrong with doing the job youre being paid to do even if you feel like not doing it. Tried calling the hotel back 11 times, no answer. They legit don't care.

Needed something for a quick stay in Nashville. Opted for this location that was close to the airport. It was super reasonable and convenient. Plenty of parking and it was well lite. Check in was really easy. The workers were nice and efficient. The hotel appeared pretty new. I love the vibe of Aloft hotels. Fun atmosphere. I think they are appealing to a younger hip crowd. We had a room that overlooked the pool. It really was a nice stay especially for the cost.

This hotel is an absolute gem! I decided on a quick trip for my daughter and I just to hang for a few days. I found this hotel as it was within my price range and I'm a Marriott Rewards member. From the moment we stepped in the door, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and offered amazing service. The decor is eye catching and definitely a vibe. Our room was perfect, neat, and just what we needed. One bonus was that we just happened to be there on a Tuesday night when they have live performances! So as we were leaving for dinner we were so mesmerized that we ended up in the lobby singing along and making new friends. All in all this was definitely a great stay. This was my first time selecting Aloft but I will definitely be choosing one of them again as we travel this summer.

Good stay. Great conference room. My room was good. WiFi was seamless experience. Good tv. Good big window. A smoke alarm light flashed every 10 seconds all night. Luckily it didn't bother me too much but it was annoying.

Aloft is my my preferred hotel chain when doing quick trips through a city, and unfortunately this location had some issues. If you stay here bring an eye mask and some ear plugs. First, upon our arrival there was a band in the lobby playing a Steely Dan cover at a very loud volume. I understand Nashville is the music city, but give it a rest. If I wanted a party hotel I wouldn't be staying out by the airport. They played until 10:00 and I was well ready to get to sleep, as they could be heard in our room at the far end of the hallway. Once settled in I realized the smoke detector(?) had a light that flashed every 10 seconds. It didn't seem so bright until all of the lights were out. I could see the flash with my eyes closed. I ended up sleeping with my sweatshirt over my eyes. When we told the front desk clerk about it in the morning he laughed it off. In the morning my husband went to get a complimentary cup of coffee but the restaurant clerk was too busy watching videos on her phone at full volume to make any. A line had formed but she didn't seem ready to help. The facility was clean as expected. Some plugs were oddly placed. There wasn't as much space for opening and storing luggage as most other Alofts have. Water pressure was really good.

I stay here every time I travel to BNA. The rooms are small but clean and the vibe is fun. The bar seating is comfy, and there's a pool table in the lobby.

Cute little spot. However, be prepared to do everything yourself. We waited an hour for towels and eventually ended up going to get them ourselves before they brought them up. Housekeeping also didn't service our room during our two night stay. The front desk clerks were nice enough but they really need to improve their housekeeping service.
