Was staying at an RV park very close to Bankston Motor Homes in Nashville, TN. Had issues with the heating in our practically new RV with us being totally new to the RV life. Bankston sold our RV brand, and we thought they might help us out considering we were 2,000+ miles from home. Explained our problem to Brad Land, and he was most helpful. Brad thoroughly explained what might be our problem, and he was 100% correct! Brad kindly answered the question that we had asked a couple of times at other locations without a satisfactory answer. At least for the next 3 weeks on the road, having a warm RV for us and our pets will not be an issue. Thanks Brad and Bankston Motor Homes. Joni and Kevin

We too, were novice RV buyers. Phil and Judy helped us navigate the entire buying process. We decided on a Lance 2285 travel trailer and took delivery in the middle of December 2016. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.

Bought our first travel trailer from Phil and Judy at the Nashville location of Bankston and we were very satisfied,not only did we get the best deal in town on our travel trailer but the customer service was awesome. Great people to do business with, make you feel comfortable with your purchase, never to busy to answer a question you may have before and after the sale. As a young first time buyer of RVs, I was quite nervous walking into Bankston. We knew off the bat which model we wanted (R-pod 179), but I had pages of questions that I bombarded Phil, the owner/manager with. He took the time to sit down with and run through everything in detail before we purchased. He examined our tow vehicle and helped us set it up for towing, free of charge. Once we decided on the exact unit we wanted, his asking price was very straightforward. The price advertised on the window sticker is what we paid and there was no ridiculous mark up. No hidden fees, no set up charges etc. As a frequent ebayer, I was quite satisfied at the price. Additionally, at our request, he installed the sway bar attachment onto the trailer, again free of charge. Furthermore, Phil had read that the sewer hose that came with the trailer from forest river was too short and frustrated many owners, so he bought us a longer, heavier duty sewer hose free of charge. He also included a freshwater hose, and shore power cable, free of charge. He also included tank tablets/cleaning kit free of charge. After our purchase, having taken out our camper many times, we've had to contact Phil a few times to help us troubleshoot some minor issues. He still takes the time to research the answers to our questions and always returns our phone calls. I'm glad we bought from Bankston and really wish I would've done so sooner. A few weeks ago, Bankston even sent us a care package with cookies and coffee mugs. Thank you Bankston for your business and continued support. We love our camper! Thank you for your contribution to our family and most importantly, helping expand my child's imagination and wonder with the ability to spend our off time exploring the world.
