Booked the Baymont Inn based on rate (long work trip in Nashville). Sad when you get a good deal you expect things to go poorly. Not at all what I experienced. With flight delays & rental car process got to hotel kind of late. Raye (think that was her name) was friendly and got me in my room in no time. Later met CJ, the manager, who was also great. I don't need the frills when traveling, just want a clean and quiet. The property's recently been remodeled, room and public areas were fresh & clean. Came straight from another work trip so appreciated having a new washer and drier just down the hall with a long table to for sorting, folding. There's a nice area with chairs if you choose to wait while washing clothes. Location was minutes from airport and even during morning rush hour only took 25 min to get downtown. Across the street is a Dutch Bros coffee and a couple gas stations. Beware if you're booking Park & Ride parking here! We booked parking at the Baymont Inn through AirportParking.com and returned to find our passenger window smashed out. The parking lot is completely open with no gate or any deterrent to criminal activity. The hotel made it clear they are not responsible for any damage to vehicles. If Baymont is going to offer and charge for extended parking, they should at least install a gate or some kind of security. Until then, I'd strongly recommend paying extra to park somewhere safer. Trying to save a few bucks cost me a lot more in the end!

DO NOT PARK HERE - MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED & BAYMONT DID NOTHING I booked parking at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport through Global Airport Parking, trusting that my vehicle would be in a safe and secure lot while I traveled. Baymont even advertised their lot as "completely safe" parking. Instead, when I returned, I found my car vandalized, my window shattered, and my interior soaked from days of exposure to rain. The worst part? Baymont staff knew. They had my contact information on file, and they had assured me that they would notify me immediately if anything happened to my vehicle. But they didn't. Baymont directed me to park in the section of their lot with NO cameras, despite having a covered, camera-monitored section available. I later learned from the front desk that multiple cars had been broken into recently, meaning they were fully aware this was a risk--and still did nothing to prevent it. The front desk also told me the manager was "working with the police," but when I called, the police had NO record of any report being filed. So, let me be clear: They knowingly put me in the most vulnerable part of their lot, failed to protect my vehicle, and then lied about their involvement with the police. I reached out to General Manager Juan (CJ) Moore to request a refund of my parking fees and reimbursement for my insurance deductible--at the very least, I expected some accountability for their failure to take action. They ignored me. This hotel had every opportunity to do the right thing. They chose to do nothing. And instead of addressing my complaint, they silently changed their parking listing to remove the "completely safe" claim, trying to cover their tracks rather than take responsibility. I want anyone considering parking here to know: Your car is NOT safe at Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport. And if something happens to it, they will NOT help you. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you value your vehicle, your peace of mind, and even basic human decency--park somewhere else.

I recently stayed at this location and thought it was great. Conveniently located off the highway and next to a Waffle house. The room was spectacular and comfortable and clean. It even had a cool Dolly picture on the wall. How cool is that? Great value for Nashville. You won't be disappointed.

This was an okay stay overall, place is a little outdated, rooms have older tv's and ac units. Everything else was fine, breakfast was a very typical continental breakfast

We thought it was well representative of the brand, that is to say it was very comfortable and clean. Being near the airport, we found that we were only about 15-20 minutes from everywhere we needed to be, and were happy to have a nice spot to come home to each day.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The room was DISGUSTING. The bed sheets had nasty red stains, hair, dirt, and BUGS. The manager, CJ, is such a jerk too. He hung up the phone on me when I complained about it after I couldn't even get a hold of him for 2 days. TERRIBLE customer service, nasty rooms, and they won't even give me a refund for my room. We cancelled our stay and went else where when we saw the bed sheets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Room is dirty, staff is super rude... they scream on you for reporting issues.. Shower is so clogged you can't even shower or the water will end up overflowing and flooding the room. There are hair ( public hair?) on the toilet and floor, the bed sheets were stained, one outlet was covered with something brown, no clue if it's coffee or blood. The carpet is stained. Most outlets don't work so you can't charge your electric devices. They say breakfast on their online listing but nope, not even coffee or cereal bar. To be honest it's not worth it.

The hotel does not offer breakfast as they say on their website. The rooms are disgusting and have bedbugs. We asked for a refund and they stated we're not gonna worry about a few dollars lost by you. Do not stay at this hotel it is disgusting and his hookers in the parking lot.
