Friendly service. I just didn't want to drink the coffee in the room and I didn't want to get dressed and go out for my morning coffee. I opted to pop downstairs and get the local coffee. Firstly I can't stand Luke warm coffee. It has to be piping hot. There was no microwave in the room so my concern was that after adding some cream I would have to down it quickly. I'm also a self proclaimed coffee snob because I can't handle it too weak or too strong. So I was preparing myself to have to drink terrible coffee or give it to my husband. I was happily surprised that it tasted great and was piping hot. I can't speak to the food, but I wish I could have. Enjoy !

Poor service, mediocre food, cheap tasting coffee. The waitress dropped requests for both me and my coworker but still charged us for food she never brought out. We each ordered an Omlette and were billed $1 for every veggie and $2 for each protein on top of the $12 base charge for the Omlette. The Omlette was average and costed $19 with only 5 toppings. If the waitress put as much work into her service as she did into her makeup, she would be earning some good tips. The eating area is dimly lit and mostly quiet. This place is a rip off!

I tried to eat here twice last night and this morning.. I ordered the chicken and waffles was tasty, the service is very poor... last night I tried to order catfish basket waited 30 to 40 minutes and never came out and I finally had to leave. The bartender last night was awful. He was too busy to be bothered with a small amount of people in the restaurant Return again in the morning and the service was mediocre.

A nice hotel restaurant. The food offered is more in line as bar food. With that being said, the food was good. Prices are reasonable. If you been driving long distances and don't want to look for restaurants. Especially if you're not from Nashville. This is the spot to eat at.

The bartender, Aleah, was friendly TT and personal as well as quick to serve. Tonight, I had the chili . Love the vibe! Owners came out and greeted their guests. I am loving my new found spot. I was here for Marcus Showtime's Birthday! A great time is being had with a live musician and a great DJ. I will be back.

In the Hotel Preston. Carla and her partner run a nice coffee shop and make a great breakfast sandwich. During Covid the area has been scaled back to the bar area; but it is cozy and the food coffee and service are great. Down home and comfortable; I like this place. Carla is neat as a pin and cool. All I had to do wast look at her hands. You can see all the hard work she has put into everything. Head there for a sandwich, You will not regret it.

Restaurant under new ownership as of 17 days ago. Imagine my surprise to be offered a sample chicken tender with Memphis sweet sauce that rivals any sauce anywhere! At an airport hotel! New owner is charming and aims to please. Worth the trip out to the airport for dinner.
