I really had a great three night stay here! It's in a developing neighborhood and everything was clean and updated! The valet staff was easy to work with as you can just request your car on the phone and they respond promptly. The room was very clean and updated and we had a standard king room on the 8th floor. The fridge and microwave were there as well as a very nice desk and many different lights to help make the room more roomy. The restaurant and bar on the roof was great to unwind at the end of the day with. The rooms are accessed by the elevator which you need a key card to use thankfully. Made security much better. I had trouble with the TV channels but that was my only problem at all. I was able to cast shows from my phone to the TV anyway. Also there was a live view of Broadway in downtown Nashville from the television which was really cool to watch during the day. I worked from the hotel a lot so I had a lot of hours there. Fitness Center was very clean and updated. Overall definitely would stay here again 100%!

They could inform the customer about the parking issue, and that you have to pay $40 a night for valet!! Expensive extra charge on top of the room fee!!

New hotel on the outskirts of Downtown Nashville! I was only there for a quick overnight on my way to Memphis and this hotel was more than sufficient. The rooms were nice and industrial, very clean but kinda dark. The TV froze so much that it got kinda annoying but otherwise I enjoyed the room. We got lucky and parked across the street to avoid the $40 valet. I didnt try and of the restaurants but there are two restaurants and a full bar at this restaurant.

We had such an outstanding stay at Cambria Nashville Midtown! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, exactly the kind of space you look forward to coming back to after a day in the city. The location is fantastic, close to both Midtown's lively energy, Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Broadway. Dining at the hotel was also a highlight. The food and cocktails were excellent, and the views from The Rux Rooftop were amazing! What really stood out most was how seamless everything felt, from check-in to check-out, the service, amenities, and overall vibe made for a stay that exceeded expectations. We can't recommend Cambria Nashville Midtown enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Honestly... we haven't been this disappointed with a hotel in a while... Right off the bat our room was not the cleanest, had to call for a cleaning and a different pillowcase, the sheets are SO unbelievably rough, they offer no robes or slippers, we had construction dust on the wall as well as holes where they drilled but shouldn't have? The tiny closet has a fridge in it so we can't really hang anything plus the one closet door blocks the drawers inside from even opening. One of the TVs doesn't work and they're still trying to fix it. Our view is TERRIBLE! And my fiancé heard a worker guy say no one was supposed to be put in our room because they were still working on it, but they have no other suites available apparently??? It has also taken 20+ minutes for valet to get our truck so we've just been sitting here waiting. The service at the restaurant is a JOKEEE. Waited over an hour for eggs and toast and had to pester the bartender/server multiple times for simple things like ketchup and butter because he wouldn't get them! We feel so beyond gypped we will never stay here again and do not recommend!! Worst part of it all: It's our literal wedding weekend!!! :(

AVOID!!! my first impression of this Hotel when we walked in was wonderful. Hotel rooms were very nice restaurant has a beautiful view, but that was just the first impression. This hotel has many many problems and I am not alone in my experience, as we've spoken to many guests who feel the same. Hotel is way understaffed and it shows. The room TVs freeze up every three minutes and you have to turn them off and on again. I'm a race fan and I was unable to watch racing the 3 days I was here. It's 2025 and this is supposed to be a "higher end" hotel, what is happening? Get your act together. We are here with a few other friends in other rooms and their TVs are all doing the same thing. I called down to discuss this issue with the front desk and the staff gaslights you into believing that it's a non issue, which only serves to frustrate the guests further. The front desk clerk has ZERO people skills and is entirely ill-equipped to deal with a frustrated customer. Instead of attempting to empathize and problem solve she chose to become defensive and rude because I (the customer) was upset about the situation. Instead of acting like a mature professional she CHOSE to escalate the situation by abruptly hanging up. She did this not once, but three separate times. I am stunned! What hotel clerk hangs up on a paying customer. Her job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. After being blown off, gaslit and hung up on, I called back to get her name and the manager's name and she hung up on me 2 more times, refusing to give me the information I asked for. My husband had to walk down to get the information and she initially refused to give him the managers info again. WOW! I wonder if head management is aware that their desk clerk is representing their hotel in such an UNPROFESSIONAL manner. The lack of stars on Yelp says it all. Not a good way to build your hotel brand. I come to Nashville a lot and this place has forever lost my business. I will also be sure to tell everyone I know not to waste their money here. NOTE TO HOTEL OWNERS & MANAGEMENT: There are far too many options for accommodations in Nashville. Word of mouth, reviews and repeat business are all paramount for a successful hotel. The Cambria name is NOT off to a good start.

I want people to be warned of the potential headache that they're taking on if they choose to stay here. I went up with a friend on New Year's to celebrate the New Year and my recent graduation. During my stay, the valet parking mis-parked my car, resulting in it being towed, and made me go and pick my car up (via Uber, which I paid out of my pocket) and pay for the impound fee ($330). To compensate me for my trouble, they told me when I checked out that they would refund all of my hotel charges. I have still not seen a dime of the reimbursement that was promised me. Now, my car has been driving weird ever since, and I was just quoted $1500 to replace a part that was broken in the towing process. So a simple weekend getaway has now cost me an extra $2000, not to mention the stress during and after the trip. Hope this helps with which hotel not to choose in Nashville.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly, especially valets. Booked this hotel for proximity to town. Can easily walk to town but you do have to cross an overpass and are in some traffic. Liquor store and strip club are next door, take that however you need. Wasn't sure if it was safe to walk to town from here. Hotel said yes and I agree, during the day, wouldn't take a small child due to traffic. We didn't feel safe walking back at night so we rented Lime scooters and it worked perfect. Hotel walls are pretty thin, woke up this morning to the lady next door puking in her bathroom and trying to cover the sound with her music. Which by the way...the mirror in the bathroom syncs to your phone to play your music which is really cool! No rooftop access to see the views unless you are eating at the restaurant and no free black coffee in lobby.

Friendly staff, room was nice and clean... AC way too cold we couldn't control the thermostat, maintenance came to adjust but did not work... TV has the chrome cast that is supposed to let us connect with our phone but wasn't working even Maintenance guy could not make it work... there is no parking available for guests it is only for use with the valet & it's $50 x day that is way too expensive! Also outside around the hotel very expensive... this along with other services makes it not friendly to tourist like us coming to town for a week....
