Super authentic New York style thin crust pizza, with a nice "crack" when you fold the crust. I was totally transported back to NYC while eating lunch here. Service was attentive. You can get pizza by the slice, or a whole pie. Slices are heated in no time flat, and were delicious. I opted for Meat Lover and Meatball Parm. Both excellent. I also had the Garlic Knots, which were slightly undercooked on the inside but still delicious. The place is super casual, set up mostly for takeout. But there are a handful of tables both inside and out if you want to eat there. Note that it does get pretty warm inside due to the pizza oven. But it is fun to watch the dough getting hand tossed if there's a pie being made while you're there.

This pizza place is very cool! It gives homemade hipster vibes. There are a few tables inside as well. We talked to the owner some and he had a pizza place in California and covid was really hard on his business and he had to close. But he loves doing it and when this Nashville space became available he took the chance and moved never having been to Nashville before! I wish him the best! We walked over twice in one week! The first time we got a whole pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken wings, garlic knots, and a Cesar salad. It was very good. He made the pizza right in front of us which made it feel extra fresh and it's a cool experience as well. The pepperoni pizza was great, the ingredients were better than your chain places. The wings were very good and had some spice to them! The ranch dip was delicious too. The garlic knots were very good too, very buttery and very garlicky! The second time we ordered a Hawaiian pizza and more garlic knots. Really good once again. Made in the pizza oven, very fresh, plenty of topping. When our pizza was cooking, someone else came in and he and the owner dreamed up a calzone with balsamic vinegar and feta cheese and it sounded amazing! I think that's awesome and if you can dream it up, the owner is willing to make it which is very cool. We loved supporting a local business and would recommend to anyone!

The pizza is fantastic! I had a slice of pesto and a slice of meatball parm. Both were incredibly delicious and I love the thin crust. I will definitely go back!

Been meaning to try this new spot in the neighborhood. Saw on instagram someone made a four cheese pizza, so I called to pick one up. The pizza was delicious. They will make any pie you can think of! The dough is really good! Will be coming back!

5 stars! This place truly embraces the NYC-style pizza--thin & crispy crust! My absolute favorite is the Artichoke Special - rich, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. Every bite is heavenly. On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. A hidden gem that keeps me coming back!

Finally some good, NY style pizza without having to drive over to East Nashville! Some of the best crust we've had, crispy but still rollable like good New York pizza. Owner is also the chef and will tell you about his surfing days in San Diego. Classic combinations for the most part, and we had a ricotta, artichoke,pesto and marinara pizza that was remarkable, everything co-existing perfectly. Sold by the slice or by the pie. Very popular with UPS drivers, which was a good sign. Also, free ample parking....and only 15 minutes from the Green Hills neighborhood. Only a few tables for dine-in.

Delicious pizza. As good as NY Pie because of the crust. As good as 5 Points because of the ingredients. As good as Cocos because of the consistency. I love NY Pie, 5 Points, and Cocos. I love Carlsbad because of the crust from dough. He cooks it from scratch. It has a crisp, yet NY style crust. Flimsy but with a tad of crunch. The edge is curled and you really get the edge flavor of the crust. It is NY pizza no doubt. Pizza with a California price tag. Expensive ... ouch ... but very good pizza. You can buy it by the slice and make it cheaper. But then it is pizza sitting around waiting to be put back in the oven. Still very very good. I plan on supporting this joint because he is local and committed to serving our area. I highly reccomend eating here.

First time to Carlsbad Pizza and it did not disappoint. Hubby and I ordered a meatball parm pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was huge and delicious; already looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The knots were smaller but we got 6 for $4 and it will be a repeat item for us. Trevor was awesome and we chatted about him being new to the Nations and looking forward to supporting the business. There are a few tables on the patio which was great to chill at with the weather now being nice again. Our new go-to for takeout or to enjoy a slice or whole pie on a patio!

A very pleasant and welcoming environment and the service was top notch. Ordered a supreme pizza which was delicious - the crust in particular was very fluffy and tasty. The garlic knots were also OUTSTANDING. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be back.
