This place was great! It's in a safe location with quick, easy access to downtown and Opry Mills. Plus, they offer shuttle service downtown for $15. Room price was more than right and rooms are clean and modern. They offer a really nice complimentary breakfast and FREE happy hour drinks and appetizers each evening (baked potato bar and nachos for the 2 nights we stayed :). But it's best feature is the staff! Cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating EVERYONE we encountered was. That' alone is enough to make me a repeat customer!

We decided to do a quick getaway trip from DC to Nashville just because. I picked this hotel because of the reviews about the complementary buffet breakfast. Although I wasn't too impressed by the breakfast, I really enjoyed my stay here. Our King suite room #200 was HUGE and clean, I slept like a baby! The staff was really nice and polite. (Huge shoutout and thanks to Mrs Sylvia for the welcoming she gave us and Miss Ashley for her sweet bubbly personality and smile every time we saw her! They both were amazing and friendly and I was happy they were there nightly). The complimentary hour was a plus! Sorry in advance for the blurry pictures I forgot to take pictures and I took a video so I tried to get some still shots from the video that I took. I highly recommend staying here. We did not rent a car and rideshare cost us about $15 for everywhere we wanted to go like Opry Mills and Broadway..

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff have been extremely friendly. Good size rooms are also really clean. Our room is one the first floor with the pool outside our room. Don't forget to make use of the Jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast better than I've ever had. Thank you. We will be back.

Nice and clean room with a patio facing the pool area. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Staff were really welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Beds were cozy and bathroom was clean. Great area, close to downtown. Quiet.

Club Hotel was a wonderful stay on a cross-country road trip. The property is older, and definitely needs some TLC, but they do keep the rooms and common areas very clean. The lovely woman at the front desk was SO helpful and sweet. Their breakfast buffet is a full hot breakfast that even had biscuits and gravy. We were offered free drinks & apps at the bar during happy hour! Parking is gated and free, and carts were readily available for luggage. Very quiet at night, the bed was SO comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel especially for the price.

Club Hotel Inn and Suites is located somewhat near the airport. We stayed here on a weekend trip to Nashville. It was priced right, came with free breakfast and also had a shuttle bus that goes to Broadway. The overall hotel and staff here was great. The room was clean, the common areas clean and the staff was super friendly and informative. The bed and room was outstanding. The breakfast, while not spectacular, was adequate for certain. They also have a free drink happy hour every night. We partook n this once, and it was fine. The shuttle bus is a win, 20 bucks each for an all day unlimited ride pass each day to Broadway. The hotel has parking in a somewhat secured lot and it is well lit and I always felt safe in the hotel and parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nashville.

To be fair, I've stayed in Hilton's and Raddison's that looked just like this. The front desk was so incredibly nice! 2 free drink tickets per night. The breakfast was really good and free. The hot tub is inside and the pool is outside. They have a 24 hour gym. Only bad thing was we had some super loud neighbors talking at 2 am which woke us up, but I don't think that's the hotels fault and they immediately sent security up to deal with it. They could probably stand to put another elevator in because our room was so far down the hall- like you had to walk to the right of reception all the way down that hall and then take the elevator up and walk all the way down that hall. But we didn't mind taking the stairs once our luggage was up in the room. I don't think the fridge had a freezer option. The coffee in our rooms was really good! Beds were very comfy! We were next to the highway which could get a little loud first thing in the morning, but that didn't really bother us. And idk anything about someone saying they had bed bugs we didn't experience that. For the price, this is a nice hotel to stay at.

Greeted upon entering the lobby. Room was big and clean. Nice walkout patio to the pool (closed for season) Hot tub was hot and relaxing. Buffet style breakfast was decent size with a variety of food to choose from, not just granola bars and fruit (hot/cold breakfast, Waffle maker, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, drinks, etc..) Complimentary drink tickets for the on sight bar with snacks! Bartender was funny, staff were friendly and amenities were what was expected. I would stay here again AND my car wasn't broken into. CON; doors slam with no way of stopping or muffling the sound. Only downfall

We had a great time here! Clean and so quiet, everyone is soo friendly here, I would definitely come back!! They hold your bags for $3/bag if needed but we came and grabbed our luggage at 1 am easy peasy Went in the jacuzzi, nice and clean no rashes lol Bartender was super cool, amaretto sours were great (and complimentary when we stayed :)

We booked a room several months before we arrived. They placed us in a first floor disabled room despite not asking for it. The bathroom smelled of mildew and we needed to call a maintenance worker to tell us how to use the shower head. The shower floor was slippery and had no adhesive anti slip strips. One member of the staff was rude and abrasive in the way she spoke to us. Manager Angie, Tai and the night front desk worker were very nice but that one worker (on the shift with Tai, needs some better social skills when dealing with all guests). As we were checking out, room service banged on the door at 11:00 sharp and were waiting outside the door at 11:05. As a result of this abruptness, I believe I left some sandals and a styrofoam roller in the room. I picked up my $5 tip for room service as a result of this "hurry, get out approach." We hope to have a better booking, room and Staff experience if we ever come to this establishment again.
