I recently was doing a training class in Nashville, Tennessee and Domino's proved to ve an economic al choice to feed close to twenty people. The pizza was what you would expect from a Domino's and overall, it was not bad. I consider Domino's and other national pizza chains to be fast food versions of pizza and again, if you are trying to feed a lot of people for a little money, Domino's was not a bad choice.

Worst delivery service and customer service ever. First off they deliver my pizza at the wrong address and then won't give you your money back even when you tip them. And when you order over the phone they misunderstand everything you placed on your order

There has been three different times where I have ordered pizza from 1100 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville TN and each time they did not prepare the pizza like other Domino locations. They cut the toppings so much you don't even see what you paid for. Truly, they don't care about their customers.

I am giving 5 stars because my order was messed up last night they sent me a medium chicken onion pizza hand tossed pizza, which was not what I ordered I ordered a chicken bacon ranch medium deep dish pizza. I mentally was exhausted from just getting back from Charleston SC & didn't want to call to complain or handle the issue, so I called after I got off work today. The manager Conner was so accommodating & kind, he personally drove my correct order to my house which is less than 7 min from their location. It was above & beyond he was incredibly kind, I've always loved dominoes and I just wanted what I paid 25$ for thank y'all for my delicious pizza

Don't waste your time! Ordered a pizza online at 10:51 am today to be delivered at 6:00 pm today. At 6:15 pm, the pizza still hadn't been delivered, so I called the store and was told that they wouldn't have a driver for another 30 to 45 minutes and they "didn't have time" to contact me to tell me. They had my phone number and email, and had already texted and emailed me to confirm the order, and the order was prepaid. What, they didn't have time between 11 am and 6 pm to contact me? This is the third time this Dominos has failed to deliver to me. This is the last time. Stay away from them.

After 2hours I called to find out what was taking so long since the app said it was on the way for 20 minutes the manager told me if he didn't stop to answer my call he would be able to make my order so I said no problem I will go to Pizza Hut

Worst dominos I've ever been to. Called to place an order, a VERY simple order...1 large pepperoni pizza, the literally epitome of simple classic pizzas that dominos should be able to handle. Now, to top it all off, I live four minutes away according to Apple GPS. 4 minutes. Easy breezy. So I call Domino's to order one large simple pizza delivered to my house where I am hosting friends for cocktails. They say it will be an hour and 15 minutes. Totally fine, i'll oblige and said that is fine by me. I get a call 30 minutes later saying that the wait time has changed to 2 to 2 1/2 hours and they probably couldn't deliver it. I got the vibe they were saying that because they did not want to have a low-paying order delivered only 4 miles away. So I went to their location to pick up the pizza and the door was locked even though there was still two hours left before their closing time... they told me to go around through the drive-through in which they handed me my pizza and sent me on their way. Terrible experience will not be going again. Fix your crap dominos.

The absolute worst place to order food from for delivery. Had to cancel 2 orders in the last month. The first time they said they had no delivery driver (noon on a wednesday). The 2nd the pizza hadn't arrived in an hour and a half. Called to complain and the employee said "I don't care." Worst customer service in Nashville.
