Incompetent and useless staff. I had someone use my credit card to rent a car without my authorization and rack up a $1500 bill. They have all the actual renter's information on file. they refuse to refund my card and charge the person who actually rented the car. UPDATE: Ive tried doing this link before and it was no help and got me nowhere. I need legitimate help. Don't push me off onto some link

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my rented vehicle and they were quick to correct it and get me set up in a new one the same day. Joy was a joy to interact with!

Honestly was shocked when I saw the rating for this location. I have had nothing but great experiences here, specifically with Xavier! I love enterprise it's my go to rental car company and this locations specifically has been super helpful every time I have come in. I'm currently dealing with a weird warranty situation (car is in the shop need a rental warranty is supposed to cover) everyone at this location has been super helpful trying to help me figure it all out and explaining how it all works!

These guys are great! We originally booked with another car company who didn't have any cars available on the day so switched to Enterprise. The guys at 302 Hermitage St in Nashville sorted us out straight away, we're super efficient and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone for great service with a smile :)

This experience was nothing but easy from start to finish. I needed a rental while my car was being fixed. Enterprise was right down the road from the auto body shop. I was able to easily make the reservation online. The day that I dropped my car off to be fixed, they picked me up and drove me to the Enterprise office. So convenient. At the office, everyone was really nice and helpful. They needed the card that I made the reservation with. Ughhh! Of course that one card was sitting on my coffee table at home. They were nice enough to drive me all the way out to my house to get the card. Great customer service. After getting back to the office, I was able to complete the process and get the car. The car was in great shape and drove very nicely. When my car was finished being fixed, I dropped the rental car off at Enterprise, they gave me a ride to the auto body shop, and that was that. Easy as can be!

0 stars! Terrible experience. Rude workers. Terrible customer service. I booked a car through reservations and they told me they had multiple full-size cars available. I then received a call 1 hour before my reservation from the location, confirming that I am coming to pick up a full size vehicle. When I showed up they had no cars available. I asked if they could give me a ride 10 minutes away(due to the inconvenience) to the next location and they rudely suggested I get an Uber or a lift. Won't be back.

Reservation number for proof of customer experience: 1401020622 This is officially an experience that would have me petition to all customer review sites and apps to allow a 0 star option. I had prepaid my reservation 6 weeks or so in advanced and showed up with the same credit card (whose payment was accepted for the reservation 6 weeks prior). However, Enterprise's system didn't like the card. Not that they gave any warning that the card wouldn't work and according to all their documentation, it should. The customer-facing guy that day informed me it's because my chip must be broken. Wrong. It worked everywhere else. I had a conversation with my bank right while I stood in front of the guy, wherein the lovely bank rep informed me there had be issues with Enterprise accepting Scotiabank AMEX cards, even though it wasn't in their list of unaccepted credit cards. He still thought it was the card. And with Enterprise, it's two strikes, your cards out! As if any more would have helped. I told the guy it was obviously just going to reject the card. He seemed to think if we just swiped it a bunch of times it might magically accept the second insert. Right.... Great IT knowledge we have here. Of course, that didn't work. And then it was just on the streets with me. Enterprise: We'll drive you to another car rental agency. Me: Which one? Enterprise: I don't know which one do you want? Me: Wellll... I usually shop around. Got wifi? Enterprise: Nope. Where do you wanna go? Me: Ummmmm ------------- spoiler alert: It's a Tuesday before two Thursday-Sunday music festivals in the Nashville area. No one was going to have a car, CERTAINLY not for the price I paid for my Enterprise reservation [[spoiler WITIHIN a spoiler: They never processed their oh-so generous refund for my unfulfilled reservation like they said they were so GRACIOUSLY going to do. Where my money at, Enterprise? Gone like my business?]]. But off we go to AVIS because why not? -------------------------------------------- Me: Ummmmmm. AVIS? [I get a 20?% discount with them with my unacceptable AMEX card; the cheapest car was like a $300 SUV reservation, after the discount]. Well like the idiot I am I forgot my wallet and realized right as we were almost arriving at AVIS. So I had to take the nice car ride back with my charming, well mannered Enterprise chauffeur. Chauffeur: So what was going on that got you upset? Me: Ummm... you guys won't give me my car? And you don't feel like going out of your way to a superior to figure it out. Even though I paid for the reservation already... with the same card you're only now suddenly not accepting. And so now you're leaving me, an impoverished Canadian boy with no cell service or laptop to try to find his way around Nashville chasing a car, or more likely, a place to stay because he's not going to make it to his camping destination. Chauffeur: Ah cool! Where are you going camping? Me:... Chauffer:... Me:... Listen. I'm sorry if I'm being rude, but I really don't feel like my plans that are now not going to happen with an employee of the branch who is doing nothing to make sure, or even try to improve the probability, of that plan happening. Chauffeur:... You're not sorry, otherwise you would just not be rude *said extreme politely, no sarcasm here, folks*. Me:... *gobsmacked* *under my breath* You gotta @#$%ing be kidding me. *under my breath*. Ummmm... sorry, sir. I'm not discussing my ruined plans with you. I know you're trying to be all polite but I don't think that having an expectation that I should be friendly with you right now, is exactly appropriate. Chauffeur:... Fine, then just stop talking to me. Me: Uggghhh. Suffice to say, I made it back and got my wallet. I realized at this point I should not be going to a random rental agency. So I asked to use the phone again to try to call my Couchsurfer friend I was SUPPOSED to be staying with the following Monday (huge shout out to the amazing Sam; blonde Sams are the best Sams). Unfortunately, I realized I didn't have her number. So I asked a nice lady working there, who had magically appeared, where I could access Wi-Fi. She suggested McDonald's. Me: Sure, yah, fine. GET ME OUT OF THE CITY. So I hop back in with chauffeur, and you can tell he's super not keen trip numero duo. Well, I gots to get somewhere that's not here, champ! Sorry, not sorry! Me: *rolling up to McDonald's* Does this one have Wi-Fi *squints at sign on door*. Chauffer: I don't know! Iiiii don't go here. Me:... Um? Good for you?
