Friendly and professional! We were in and out in less than five minutes. They gave us a free upgrade and took time to show me all the bells and whistles about the car. Great experience!

there should be a negative star for this location, always have and never had other than enterprise for my rentals and want to say it's been ok till the last time I had to drop a vehicle to this location back in July from another state it toke the associate working at this location 34 mins just to speak to me and than he claim that he could not find the vehicle dropping in the system even that I had all the papers with me ( hard copies ) and digital after about 40 mins he accepted it total of about hour and 15 mins give or take never paid attention to it or worried for one bad apple right!!!! today Nov, 12 I called this same location for a reservation and asked if they have a van of course this was after a good brief the person answering I'm sorry sir we have no van at this location, well maybe (sir we have what you need in a different location???, I can get you their number?? is this going to work for yo?? would you care to pick it up from another location or even if I care to contact another enterprise branch here in Nashville in which we have at least 5 that I know) but no he said we have no van ok I said do you have any midsize cars? I really need one for today we had a car accident and in need for a car? no sir I'm afraid i don't have what you need ha I said you are just trying to get red of me? you could've put me on hold if you're realy busy ( would you call us back? can I call you back? sorry I'm the only one at the office now and it may be a brief moment before I can help?) no did not say any of this well you're pushing me off the phone here aren't you?? Special Thank you to Brie at the enterprise on Nolensville who went the extra mile for me today, she made arrangements to retrieve a parking pass that I had accidentally left inside my rental earlier this week. It was very kind of her to do that and I am grateful. No issues with the rental itself, I had it for 4 days.

Currently driving a rental from this location! I've been meaning to make this review since I picked it up but I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the driver who picked me up and the associate who got me into the car! The drive was comfortable and so pleasant! I'm pretty sure my driver and I were meant to meet because he gave me the best talk, that after dealing with so much stress over my car going into the shop, I seriously needed! It was an easy process and the car has been great so far. Thank you guys!

First car they assigned to me was unacceptable - strong smell of cigarette smoke in the car. I refused to take that one. I took the second car they provided. On the way to my meeting, I noticed that this car too had a horrible smell - body odor. I also noticed a burn hole in the driver's seat, and the steering wheel and controls were sticky! In my meeting later that day, and to my horror, I could smell the horrible stink from the rental car coming off my clothing! Once I got home, I immediately got some soap and water and cleaned the steering wheel and controls, door handles, etc. It became very clear the car was never cleaned between rentals! The next day, I noticed several other problems with the car that were not disclosed to me at the time of rental. On the day I returned the car, I called customer service to ask if I could return the car to a location that is closer to me, rather than the airport location. They confirmed that I could return it to any branch. I went to the nearest branch and attempted to return the car. At the location, the Assistant Manager went out and briefly looked at the car, came back in and said "You can't return the car here - there is damage that was not reported previously. You have to return it to the airport location. If you drop it here, you will have to submit an insurance claim for the damage." I said: WAIT A MINUTE! No damage or problems of any kind were disclosed to me at the time of rental, so this must be a mistake - check again. No damage was done to the car during my rental! In fact, and any damage you found was definitely not my doing - but was present BEFORE I rented the car - and I reported what I found so there is a record that the damage was pre-existing." The Assistant Manager was rude and completely unhelpful. He tried to get me to complete an insurance claim - stating the damage that existed before my rental was my fault! I refused, as none of the issues with the car had anything to do with me or my rental. I knew this was going nowhere with this person, so I stormed out of there and drove all the way to the airport location to return the car. At the airport, The manager there was very kind and helpful. He listened to my entire story, and then processed the return with no charge for the rental. He asked me who it was I spoke with at the other location. The manager then explained that the Assistant Manager at the other location should have taken care of the return there, and should not have told me that I had to return the car at the airport, and he should not have tried to get me to claim damages that were existing prior to my rental. He then explained: "We have a problem with some locations not properly checking in cars. It is very likely that the damage was there before, but just not documented." On the way out, another employee told me: "This happens all the time - one reason is that we have an arrangement to share our cars with National, and they don't check their cars." He explained that National operates on a 'burn and churn' model - where they get a car back, wash the outside, fill with gas, and it immediately gets rented out again. So, apparently my car was previously rented out by National, and no inspections are done because "they are very busy, and they need to turn those cars around". These details and the admission of guilt on their part was very much appreciated! Enterprise/National tried to scam me - and it sounds like some managers at some locations are actively pushing people into submitting false insurance claims for damage that was not caused by them. Moral of the story: If you choose to rent from Enterprise or National, document EVERYTHING! Take the time before you leave the lot to take pictures of any damage, note any stains, inside damage, or bad smells - anything. Email it all to the manager of the location before leaving with the car. If you don't, you may have to deal with this insurance fraud scam operation. Better yet, choose a car rental company that is more trustworthy! *Update: Requested to speak to Regional Director - no one ever replied!

Called ahead to reserve a car for one of our employees for a same-day rental to be returned three days later. Received a confirmation number and the agent assured us that there was a mid-sized car available for him to pick-up. Our employee ubered to that location only to be told that they didn't have any available cars in inventory, and that he would have to go to another location (8th Avenue) to "see" if they had something available ((instead of them simply calling over to that location on behalf of the customer)) to see if they had an available car. I feel that the agent who made the reservation must have a reservation "quota" or sales goal to meet- hence making the reservation, but knew that there would not be a car available. Was a huge inconvenience to our employee and half a day wasted trying to find a location with an available car. Our company will no longer use Enterprise. I've always booked my business and personal rental cars through Hertz and will continue to do so.

Three stars because the man that works at this location is very kind. But beyond that, my experience with enterprise was disappointing! I was running late to pick up my reserved car, and when I showed up, they'd given my car away without contacting me first. I needed to leave for my trip, and instead was running around Nashville looking for another rental car.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but Enterprise e-mailed me and asked me to give them feedback, so here goes. I had a reservation for a full-size car, and called them from a tire shop 2.1 miles from the branch for a pick up. The gentleman told me his driver would be right back and then pick me up. I waited an hour, and called back. This time they said a car prep had been sent to pick me up. 30 minutes later, still no one picking me up. I called a third time, and they said he should be there and would call him and call me back. 5 minutes later, a young car prep finally showed up with no explanation as to why it took him 35 minutes to drive 2.1 miles. I understand Enterprise is a very busy car company, but they over promised and wasted my entire afternoon. My car was not ready, and I had to wait another 30 minutes at least. I got a Hyundai Sonata, which had a faint smoke odor and noisy tires. Upon return, they never asked me how my rental was. The young college grads they hire are extremely friendly, but it doesn't make up for my experience, and a manager never apologized to me. This branch has some serious room for improvement.
