A Stellar Experience, Every Single Time I cannot speak highly enough of the location in. This is actually the first place I've ever rented a car before (mostly because the whole thing feels kinda intimidating) and i've been exclusively renting from the Clarksville Pike location for the last year and a half, and there's a reason for that, the service is simply unmatched. Every single trip has been an absolute breeze thanks to the incredible team and their fantastic manager, Kulan. The staff here is the epitome of what customer service should be. They are consistently hospitable, kind, and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets them apart is their empathy, like they're not just renting you a car, they're literally helping you curate the vibe your journey, whether it's for business or personal jazz lol. In fact, the service is so exceptional that I've continued to come to this smaller location even though there's a few closer to me. I've found that I much prefer the personal touch and professionalism here as opposed to the hustle and bustle of the BNA airport location where everythings in your face all the time and unnecessarily stressful iykyk -_- Over the years, this team has helped me navigate some really difficult times and has also been instrumental in setting me up to make some pretty phenomenal memories as well! **On a side note: I was coming from a birthday trip and some guy slammed into the back of the rental, and fortunately it was his fault, I had insurance, and even though my anxiety was through the roof, Kulan assured me "These things happen", took the information/report, returned the vehicle, and everything was fine afterwards! Like I was tripping over nothin** I'm moving to the complete opposite side of the country soon, and to be honest, I will genuinely miss this staff. Thank you all for everything, you truly understand what it means to go above and beyond and I'll never forget y'all's kindness!

"They know how to take the reservation..." Just like that classic Seinfeld episode, Enterprise seems to have mastered the art of taking a reservation--but not the crucial part: holding the reservation. Which, as Jerry so eloquently put it, is really the whole point of the reservation! We booked a car weeks in advance for a family trip, thinking we'd land, grab the keys, and hit the road. Instead, we were greeted at the counter with a shrug and a "Sorry, we're out of cars." No apology, no solution, no accountability. Just a vague offer to "check back later" as if we had nowhere to be. If you're looking for a rental company that treats your confirmed booking like a polite suggestion rather than a commitment, Enterprise is your place. Otherwise, steer clear unless you enjoy airport purgatory and broken promises.

Avoid the place at all costs. They are horrible. They are trying to charge us more than $1300 for an alleged broken windshield. We didn't do anything or have anything hit while we had the car, so I suspect it was damaged already and they pawned it off on us. Looking back at how they changed our vehicle quickly as we were leaving and really pushed us to leave quickly, they did want us to notice or have time to check the car. They also could not produce a picture of the alleged crack, so it's also possible it wasn't even broken and it's just a money grab. No windshield would cost that much. Just ridiculous.

Line was short. Worker was pleasant. however, my reservation is for 4:00 and it is 4:30. They are still cleaning cars. So no car... here I stand waiting. When I checked in, I am on business acct(free upgrade). They don't have it but could seek it to me for $15 more a day! I have used Enterprise a lot and this is the worst experience.

We just had the most delightful experience at Enterprise. Yes, that Enterprise and yes at the Nashville airport. I know. I'm just as shocked as you, but they pulled an ace out of their sleeve when they hired Herman. Who's Herman you ask? He may be retirement age, but this gentleman had more energy and genuine enthusiasm than an elementary school taking a field trip to an amusement park. All this happened on New Years Day of all days. In the chaos that is a major holiday this guy was prepared, delivered instant and personalized service and got us out the door in under 5 minutes. We were in the right vehicle within 60 seconds of walking up and he was managing ALL of the arriving travelers all at the same time. I heard him announcing he was getting a car seat to one family, as he welcomed us and quickly reviewed our paperwork, walked us to our car, gave us a quick yet detailed overview of our vehicle, then immediately welcomed another couple, as a final family was waving goodbye. This guy is worth 5-10 employees and has the absolute best attitude and servants heart. In the hundreds of reviews I've posted on Yelp, as a multi-year "elite yelper", you won't see another review like this from me as I don't believe I've ever had an experience that surprisingly exceptional.

Big shout out to Marlin and Luke for making this a great experience after receiving extremely poor customer service from a different car rental company. I've used Enterprise in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!

Reserved an XL Cargo Van from the Tulsa location. 5 pm night before our pick-up, rep calls and says a recall has come in on the van and they couldn't rent to us. Only possible solution was another customer returning their rental by 10 the next morning. I called next morning and spoke to the guy who called at 5 day before. When I asked him when they had been notified of the recall, he said early in the day but he was so busy all day that he couldn't call us until they were closing. When I complained that their service was terrible due to their utter lack of concern that we were reserving a moving van as we actually were moving, he hung up on me! Terrible. Terrible customer service, service used lightly! Ended up renting thru Home Depot. Will NEVER use Enterprise again!

I travel almost weekly, and this is by far the most attentive, well staffed, and just all around great customer service that I've ever seen at a national rental car at an airport. Great job guys!

It is unacceptable to encounter issues with obtaining a rental car at 10:30 PM, especially after choosing a premium service like Enterprise. I expected a higher standard and smoother experience. This needs to be addressed to prevent future inconvenience. National rental was wide open and I would have saved a 50 minute wait.
