It's a Five Guys. You know the product. You know what to expect. Sort of. What made Five Guys so distinctive when the chain first took off was the quality. You may spend a little more but, for your dollars, you got better beef, bigger patties, better buns, 'fancy' fries, and the like. If you chose Five Guys, you made a choice to swap $$ for quality. That choice is no longer the case. As time has gone on and prices have increased everywhere across the board, the patty size has decreased, the 'specialness' of the buns have gone away and the fries aren't so fancy; they're a bit common. So, then, why spend the extra money for something as every day as a burger and fries... especially when you can buy the same thing locally? I don't have an answer. Well, I don't have a good one. This outpost benefits from location. Being so close to Vanderbilt and hotels makes it an easy answer for the out-of-towner or college kid who wants something quick and familiar. Their wallet may not agree but when has money ever gotten in the way of (American) convenience? Parking is easy and the employees are not rude. It's a bit of a harder call for locals to make. With local chains, mom & pops and food trucks at the plenty serving similar quality burger & fries for cheaper, it doesn't make a lot of sense to go with the corporate buy. I know the heart (and stomach) wants what it wants but this economy is no joke. Choose wisely.

I ordered Five Guys through Uber Eats and this was my regular fry. Cup not even full and no additional fries in the bag. Absolutely unacceptable. The bag was sealed with a Five Guys sticker, so not a driver issue. Burgers were good, thankfully. Uber Eats states that we are not eligible for a refund.

I don't usually eat burgers, but that doesn't stop me from visiting Five Guys! Their fries are, without a doubt, the best I've ever had--perfectly crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy center. The Cajun seasoning adds just the right amount of spice, making each bite flavorful and addictive. I appreciate how they nail every detail: the fries are the ideal thickness, length, and have just the right amount of seasoning without overpowering the potato flavor. They're always fresh, hot, and served in generous portions that keep me coming back. On top of the amazing food, this particular outlet is super convenient with plenty of parking options, including public parking. Whenever I'm craving fries, Five Guys is my go-to spot!

A staple in the burger industry. Good ole burger joint. Diner color and vibes. Free peanuts when you walk in which is a huge plus. However it does not make up for the pricing. Really good burger. Two thick juicy patties. Half smashed. Pickles are amazing. Perfect American cheese to top it off. Burger itself is a 8.5/10. Insane amount of fries as well. Share every single time you go. HOWEVER the price for this is just insane. So insane that it brings down the overall score to a 7.5. I just can't justify buying burger fries and a drink for $25.

I usually get my order to go and they're amazing! I have food allergies so they're always careful and aware when they make my meal.. I also always have my toppings packed separately because my order is usually to go and they have never failed to do a great job! The burgers are cooked absolutely perfect and the cheese is melted just right and the toppings are just amazing.. Most of all their customer service is absolutely phenomenal.

First, I hadn't been 5G for long time, and it was the only food place open pass 9PM. Service was slow and definitely overprice because the burger w/o cheese or bacon already $10. The interior decor is same as all other 5G. The funny facts that even the cashier told me, they are not cheap. I guess that I wasn't the first one that feel hesitation to order. However, it was late and I was hungry. So, I invested $16 for a burger and drink. I have to say that the burger was tasty... just too damn pricy.

Not worth the price. My burger was super dry and small for $10!!! Plus the fries were just too much. They were big, hot, and dry. I don't know why Five Guys was voted best fries when I can go get two large McDonalds fries for half the price and be more satisfied!!! The service was good though and they had good music. Don't recommend.
