Very clean no perks hotel. The rooms are smaller than most rooms in this price range but it's okay because I am only in the room to sleep and shower. The rooms remind me of rooms in New York to give you some idea of the size, well that is if you have stayed in a hotel in New York. I missed breakfast both days, it ends too early for me 9:09 am. The hotel is hidden away on a quiet street and the employees are very nice.

I tried booking a conference room for a birthday party and spoke to Jasmine multiple times. She suddenly stopped responding, and even after the GM promised a follow up and a contract, I never heard back. When the event planner called Jasmine from her number, Jasmine was happy to discuss a new booking and revealed the GM and the owner told her not to call clients back because of a wedding on August 30th. I'd been in contact since June and was never told this until August 13th. Weeks wasted, no professionalism, and zero follow through or accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are looking for a professional group of people, this is not the hotel for you.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! 3 vehicles broken in to while here. And then they allow loud music events in the conference rooms that go late in the evening. Not a stressless stay. Front desk workers could care less about inconveniences.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and the lobby is luxurious, yet quiet and organized. It resonates with kindness and calm collected efficiency. It has been an honor and a privilege to stay here for the past few days while dealing with major travel issues. Delayed and cancelled flights. Airlines not being accommodating and providing rooms when they overbook and cancel flights. I really feel for the hotel industry. Especially the ones right next to airports. Every human who works here Kaci, Ahbi, Sid, Denise and anyone else I didn't remember. Thank you so so so so so much for your absolutely out of this world civil service. You are real heroes and I will leave 5 star reviews on every single platform for GLO BEST WESTERN NASHVILLE AIRPORT FOREVER! 3 CHEERS FOR GLO!! GLO GLO GLOOOOOOOOTASTICCCC!!!!!! It's a real glow up here. If you are visiting Nashville and prefer the convenience of airport hotels with the encompassing greenery of a lush forest, then this is the place to go. I just live downtown for a few months, and trust me, it is so chaotic and not for the faint of heart. This place feels like a home full of welcoming family and I'd come back to spend my hard earned money hear any day. Even just to come visit my new friends who run this place like pros. Quick check in. Rooms were clean no complaints during stay. Did a late check out which I was told wasn't actually offered but they worked with me on that. Police cameras I'm the parking lot so it felt safe my car there, break ins are at an all time high in Nashville.

Fairly new hotel in Nashville TN, I made reservations by calling directly, military discount on my room rate and they offer AARP. We decided on this hotel because it had excellent reviews and they offer go breakfast. It was very easy to navigate to with the use of a GPS device. The parking lot is well lighted and has plenty of parking and they can accommodate small and large vehicles. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived, and the check in process was very fast and efficient. The rooms are very well maintained and they are cleaned to the highest standard. The beds was very comfortable and relaxing, excellent night of sleep. I would definitely visit them again and will recommend them for your next visit to Nashville! Very close to downtown.

This place was AWFUL! Cars were broken into and their wind shields were smashed in the parking lot. There was a trash can by our elevator that had trash bags just sitting out. The next morning there was even more trash! It had still not been taken out since the day before! Our original room we were given upon check in had not even been cleaned (beds unmade, dirty towels in the floors.) Our next room was not cleaned well either. There were stains on the sheets as soon as we pulled back the covers! The following day, even though we had placed the "please clean" sign on the handled, we came back to a dirty room. The front desk staff was rude and acted like they couldn't give us the Wi-Fi password. They acted like it was a hassle to give us fresh towels when THEY didn't clean our room and provide us fresh ones. I will NEVER stay here again. We spoke to multiple other guests in the hotel who were just as in pleased! You could hear everything. The insulation in this building is awful. Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to be changed ASAP!

Chose this hotel since it was so close to the airport,Served the purpose of my visit, that was the best thing about this hotel sadly. Room had a funny smell coming from the AC, first night noticed that nothing was stocked, no coffee for the coffee maker, Kleenex box had 3 tissues and tiny hairballs on the floor of the room.When getting into bed later that night noticed the comforter was dirty with some kinds of food product which meant that it was never changed. Next morning upon leaving asked the cleaning lady to please changed out the bedding, that we had pulled the bedding off the bed and it was on the floor ready for her, she then said she didnt speak english so we communicated this with the front desk when leaving the hotel, she assured us this would be taken care of. When returning back at 4pm the bed was made with the SAME EXACT soiled bedding we had pulled off the bed earlier, the trash had not been emptied and ABSOLUTELY nothing had been restocked, ie TP, Kleenex, coffee, cups. This is completely disgusting and unhygienic. I spoke to front desk and all he could offer me was new bedding to make up the bed myself since the housekeeping staff was gone for the day. I gladly took it after 20 mins of him just trying to find the correct sized bedding. In a time where hotels are supposed to be hyper-vigilant about cleanliness this Hotel has failed miserably. I have been apologized to but when asked to speak to the manager on site he was too busy with a phone call, he could not be disturbed. I will never stay here again and will spread the lack of concern this Hotel and Staff has showed in regards to keeping their clients safe and healthy.

What I liked....Brand new Ultra Modern Hotel. What was nice is that since it's so new everything was nice and clean. Seemed to be very quite , meaning you don't hear anyone above or next to you. Bed was very comfortable. What I didn't like.... Rooms are very Spartan. Tile floors and only 1 chair. I guess that's all part of the ultra modern look. Breakfast was your standard hotel food. Over salted scrambled eggs, steamed sausage (yuck) and waffle mix. Fruit looked liked it had been sitting there a week, yogart machine was not working. So basically I had cereal.

Do not book this hotel through Expedia. They will not give you a receipt. If your airline is canceled or delayed, they will request a real receipt from the hotel and this one has refused to provide this simple courtesy. Especially considering the state of things and the proximity to the airport, this behavior is callous and unprofessional. Will avoid Best Western Glo at all costs in the future.
