Graduate by Hilton Nashville is a boutique hotel located at 101 20th Ave N, Nashville, TN, designed to reflect the rich musical heritage of the city. Located on Broadway just a half-mile from the bars and restaurants on the 'Honky Tonk Highway' and just under three-quarters of a mile from Centennial Park, the Graduate is a super-cute homebase for you and your besties while visiting Nashville for a bachelorette party or a girls' weekend. The Graduate is a boutique brand of one-of-a-kind upscale hotels operated under the Hilton umbrella. Each of the Graduate locations is intended to be a unique experience that reflects the history and culture where they're located. My travel companion had stayed at the Graduate Princeton while traveling on business and thought I'd enjoy the Graduate experience when we spent my birthday in Nashville. We were both mildly surprised by the colorful, feminine aesthetic of the Nashville outpost, which has very different vibe than the Graduate Princeton and its gothic library-inspired lobby that makes me feel like I've checked into the Harry Potter Hilton. The Graduate Nashville is an pink-infused ode to the female musicians who made Music City the center of the country-western music universe. The property is filled with very Instagramable décor that celebrates the pioneering and influential female artists who have left an indelible mark on the music genre - including Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Minnie Pearl. My travel companion had reserved a Graduate King Junior Suite ahead of time on Hilton.com and check-in/check-out was very easy. Our suite on the 8th floor faced west towards Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park, but several taller buildings in between blocked our view of the campus. The junior suite was spacious with separate sitting and semi-private sleeping areas and seemed very clean. The space featured a comfortable king bed, large LED TVs in the sitting area and the sleeping area with plenty of content, a functional workspace with easy-to-connect WiFi, and individual HVAC controls that made it easy to manage the temperature during the night. Our suite was also equipped with a dorm-sized refrigerator and a single-serving coffee maker with four coffee pods (but no microwave). The bathroom sink had plenty of space on the vanity for our personal hygiene items and this hotel has made the transition from providing individual bars of soap and bottles of shampoo/conditioner to refillable wall-mounted dispensers. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and offered terrific suggestions for local activities and meals. PRO TIP #1: There is valet parking available for $55/day plus tax (as of September 2025). There is no self-parking available at the hotel. Off-site parking (self-park with in and out privileges) is available for $37/day at the Hayes Street Garage (2011 Hayes Street) around the corner from the hotel. PRO TIP #2: The mandatory $20/night resort fee (as of September 2025) covers WiFi; bicycle rentals; and includes a $20/night F&B credit to be used in the bar, restaurant, or room service (but can't be applied against the mandatory 20% service charge, additional gratuities, or taxes that apply to all F&B purchases). There is no resort fee charged on rooms paid for via HiltonHonors points redemptions.

Graduate Hotel Nashville - Stay at Your Own Risk I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at the Graduate Hotel in Nashville was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn future guests. The first room I was checked into was filthy from top to bottom--disgusting, dirty, and clearly not vacuumed, as there was a Splenda packet on the floor between the bed and nightstand. On top of that, I found bugs in the room. I immediately emailed photos to management and was provided the manager Shemeka's email. In my email I mentioned that customer service was "stupid at best." Instead of addressing the situation, her first response was to ask why I called her stupid--which I obviously never did. I was told I could move to a room on the 9th floor where my friends were staying, but it would take some time. I said I would take any available room immediately, but Shemeka told me the 9th-floor room would be ready sooner if I waited--so I did. They acted as if giving me a suite should make me happy, but I didn't view this as an upgrade since my first room should never have had issues in the first place. The next morning, when I opened the drapes, I found small whitish mite-like bugs crawling around the TV console. Again, I took photos and emailed them to management. So not one, but two rooms were bug-infested. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk clerk if they were going to do anything to make my awful stay right. He was abrasive (though I can imagine how many complaints he must deal with at this "stay at your own risk" hotel). He claimed they had never had bug problems "since he'd been working there"--which must have been that very day, because I certainly experienced them. Later, I received an email from Jessica, who went back and forth with me about my complaints. She stated they would call in an exterminator to assess the situation--as if I was lying--even though I had provided clear photos of the bugs. It was obvious they had no intention of making things right. Once I mentioned contacting my attorney, I was suddenly offered a comp for one night. However, it did not cover taxes and fees, so it wasn't even truly comped. Since I had booked through Expedia, I brought them into the correspondence. They reviewed my photos of both rooms and agreed I should have had my entire stay comped. Expedia told me that a man named David at the hotel even admitted I would have received a full refund, but because I was "rude," they would only comp a partial day. The fact that they penalized me for voicing legitimate complaints about bug-infested rooms is beyond disturbing--especially since I left with bites on my body. While the hotel does have a nice aesthetic, the customer service is, quite literally, "stupid at best." If you care only about ambiance and not about cleanliness, this might be your place. But I will never stay at a Hilton property again after this. Additional notes worth mentioning: * The hotel bar automatically adds 20% gratuity to tabs without posting it anywhere. Since the bar is so dark, you can barely see what you're signing--meaning I unknowingly tipped 20% on top of their forced 20%. This is absurd considering you have to pick up your drinks at the bar yourself. * I was told I had a $20/day food & beverage credit, but it never appeared on my final bill. Bottom line: Between the filth, the bugs, the lies, the dismissive management, and the shady billing practices, this place is not worth the money. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Such a fun spot to stay in Nashville! It feels more than just a hotel and the interior has so much decorations and bright colors, pop art, and a nice Nashville theme. One morning there was even a jewelry pop up in the lobby. They have a karaoke bar and a rooftop bar with a pool. The hotel rooms are also super themed. Mine was Dolly Parton and it felt like I was staying inside a little museum or art piece. Definitely an experience. Cons: valet parking only and it's $55, room cleaning didn't restock the soap or lotion. The $20 daily food credit is kind of confusing. First day I ordered $19 worth of coffee and got charged $25 because they automatically added a 20 percent tip to credit orders. Which is fine but would've been good to know ahead of time. Second day I ordered the same thing and got charged just $19 with no tip added. Didn't want to argue over $5 but the inconsistency kind of bugged me. Also valet is confusing. You have to sign up online and the system works once but after that your car is still marked as out even when you return. So the app won't let you order it again unless you go down in person. Minor thing but not ideal. Overall I'd still recommend this place. It's fun and clean with lots to do. Just be ready for a couple small inconveniences but not horrible. I'd come back for sure!

This Dolly Parton pink themed hotel is super cute! We stayed here our last night of Nashville. Definitely nice if you are not looking to stay in dead center of broadway but still drivable to get there. There are tons of nearby options for food and drink and shopping. And the staff was super sweet and kind. They were accommodating to all requests and asks.

Finally got to stay at the Graduate one night for work and absolutely fell in love! The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and it's well decorated from the lobby to the meeting rooms. The rooms are so cute and feminine with pink striped walls and Dolly Parton art. The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom's black and gold decor made it feel very chic. I was close to the elevators but didn't hear anything all night, which is rare for me! Would definitely stay here again and also recommend the meeting rooms for work! It's spacious and beautiful!

One of the cutest hotels in Nashville. Everyone was super nice. Great coffee shop lots of places for pictures. The rooftop bar would be great during the summer delicious appetizers. The only reason I didn't give five stars was there's no room service or late night food options. The only option was a bar on the first floor, but their menu is a little different Bizarre options.

Amazing! Great location, with a rooftop lounge and wonderful views. When you arrive, you feel like a part of the hip crowd. I'd consider the vibe here to be upscale with a funky twist. Lots of art, color, snd very vibrant. The rooms were awesome, gorgeous bedding and a portrait of Dolly Parton was featured. This is a wonderful boutique hotel, also located next door to an Italian restaurant we really enjoyed. Great location, nice accommodations. We will return!

Beautiful hotel, and even better karaoke bar on the ground floor. MUST SEE MARSHAWN THE SECURITY GUARD SING. He was so kind to sing a wicked duet with me. He made our experience to Nashville unforgettable. He has true talent.

One of a kind, Dolly Parton themed hotel in the heart of Nashville. The location is ideal; minutes from downtown, but far enough away from the chaos that you can rest and relax. While I would not describe the property as 5 star luxury, it has a chic, upscale boutique hotel feel, and immaculate decor. I stayed in a Graduate King room, which I found to be charming and the perfect size. The canopy covered bed was comfortable, there was a cute desk area, and a small sitting area with plush velvet furniture. I loved the feminine, Dolly themed furnishings, the natural light; everything about the room was lovely. Throughout my stay I enjoyed karaoke at Cross Eyed Critters, brunch at White Limozeen, and coffee at Poindexter. You could theoretically stay here and not even have to leave the property. The overall vibe is colorful, positive, and cheerful. Most of the staff were kind. I dock one star because minutes after I checked out, I realized I had left my ($200) hair brush behind, and asked if I could retrieve it from the room. The staff said that housekeeping would look for it and return it to lost and found, which unfortunately never happened.

Saw this hotel on a lot of Ig and loved the aesthetic...the hotel is located in midtown; and it's a bits walking to broadway. Around the area, there are some eateries but not many....the lobby and room are lovely decorated with the music theme. Very colorful and unique and I love it. Upon checking in, they give you some tokens for morning coffee/tea (just plain black coffee or tea no fancy replacement) and I was really hoping to take a photo with dolly on top of the roof, but they were remodeling or something, so not opened for public. They do have a small coffee shop and bar on top...wish they could have a restaurant on site too. The area is safe and pretty walkable and very close to Vanderbilt university.
