Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous...... clean, comfortable, and full of family-friendly energy. A huge thank you to Jordan Singleton, the Assistant General Manager, for going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Because of his professionalism and care, our group was able to pull off a beautiful, memorable weekend in Nashville. We truly felt at home and can't wait to return! Excellent property! Exactly what you would expect from a Hampton Inn! Very easy to get to, restaurant attached, clean and updated rooms, plenty of towels, super clean throughout. They were sold out which is a testament to how good this property was as I don't find a lot of properties at 100% when traveling anymore. Spacious toilet and shower! New TV set up that allowed streaming! The only downside was the shower sliding doors were not mounted level so they wouldn't stay shut. We had to wedge a washcloth in between the rollers to keep the door closed so water didn't go everywhere. Minor inconvenience given the issues we encountered at other Hampton Inn properties on our road trip.

Great stay and recommend! I stayed here for 4 days / 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Service was friendly and rooms were clean. I stayed in room 717 and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the traditional Hampton Inn offerings and was kept stocked and was pretty good. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it's there if you want to take a swim. It's a quick drive to downtown or the Grand Ole Opry. Plenty of parking but had to park in the back at times. There are also a row of EV charging stations too. I really enjoyed the stay!

This is the best Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in. The room was like new, everything was clean and fresh. This Hampton Inn has a shuttle service. The shuttle driver (Wanda) was very professional, she knows her way around Nashville and she was on time for our pickups. I can't say enough good things about Hampton Inn. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

Stayed here on a trip for a sporting event for my son--couldn't be happier with the choice. First and foremost, the staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way and were even ahead of the game in anticipating our needs. I booked three rooms, as we had a large family group, and managed to forget to ask for two of them to be adjoining...and when checking in and learning the entire place was booked, I was worried the ship might have sailed, only to learn that the hotel had already thought about this from the booking and set two rooms as adjoining with the other across the hall. Well done! The rooms and overall facilities were extremely clean and welcoming. Like most hotels, you could hear some noise from the hallways, but no more so than most places I've stayed (it's not one where I felt like I was in the same room as my neighbors!). Indoor pool and fitness center both looked nice (didn't use either though). Breakfast buffet was quite pleasant (I'm often skeptical of free breakfast options, but this one had some good selections, and everything was hot, fresh, and tasty). There's also a great pizza place connected to it, Rock'n Dough--I gave it its own review, but the short version is, the restaurant is a nice little bonus to the site.

I booked a stay at the hotel for May 19th through the 23rd, and I was welcomed by the front desk team, who were amazing my entire stay. They made my family feel comfortable and gave excellent customer service. I specifically wanted to give acknowledgment to Whitney (I hope it it spelled correctly). She was the first person I interacted with, so I remembered her name. I requested a room away from the elevator for my 8 month old. As a new father, I wanted to ensure that my daughter was able to sleep so that she would keep quiet and not disturb the other guests in the hotel. Whitney was quite helpful and didn't hesitate to assist me with my request. As fas as the room goes, it was clean, and I didn't find any issues with the bed, bathroom, or furniture. I was able to get good nights of sleep and woke up to a free breakfast every morning. There is an ample amount of parking and there is a pizza restaurant connected to the hotel which is a plus so you wouldn't have to leave if you didn't need to. I honestly wish I were able to remember the names of the other concierge team because they all gave outstanding service. I will definitely give my business here and a recommendation for others if they need a hotel in Nashville.

We were on our way to Florida, and stopped here after driving 10+ Hrs. This was the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites we have ever stayed at! My husband is a Diamond member and we received a beautiful room along with a special greeting! This Hampton Inn & Suites has been our most favorite one ever! Very clean, great rooms and d friendly staff! We hope to return on our way back home!

Enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn. Pleasant staff who have our dog a nice treat and gave us bottled water when we checked in. Our room was on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of the hills and Nashville. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. It was quickly replaced with another unit. We asked for a second chair for the room and it was quickly delivered. Very nice maintenance guy, We drive an EV so loved the free charging stations for customers. In addition to the 4 free chargers there are 16 Tesla quick chargers in the parking lot. The hotel is dog friendly. Good restaurant on site for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was good with nice seating areas. We especially liked the freshly made hot oatmeal and toppings! So many hotels only have the over sweetened microwave packets. Charge for having a dog is very high, $75/ night. Comfortable beds. Good tv options.
