Ordered a hot ham, had 3 slices of ham. normally meat is pre weighted. Gave the attendant $20.85 to cover a $11.85 bill. Gave me back $ 8.90. I told him what I handed him $20, 3 qtrs and a dime) and he said look at the ticket. He couldn't even count change....

NOT one star worthy.. I bought a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit this morning 03/25/24 6:45. Early enough to have what I thought would be "fresh" food. I was served a MOLDED sandwhich. The smell alone made me gag but opening the sandwhich to see this.. Thankfully I checked the sandwhich due to the smell before taking a bite.. My suggestion is to save your money and go anywhere else before you're served food that would make you incredibly sick.

My food looked like someone else had started eating it before I received it. The guy who took my order sounded stoned and looked as much when he took my payment. Service here was good up until last fall. Seems to have been some significant turnover in the quality of management. The last time I tried this place, all of the food was soggy. Now it's half eaten. I am done with Bellevue Hardee's.

This Hardee's sits near the intersection of Highway 70 and Old Hickory in Bellevue, and for the most part is your standard Hardee's location. The one thing that is certainly different here from other locations I have visited is the service. The service is always stellar from speaker to window, on every trip. All my visits so far have been for breakfast via drive thru. I have a few go-to's that I absolutely love at Hardee's including the biscuits and gravy, steak biscuit and Frisco. Each time the food comes out the window as expected, hot and delicious! Only downside is on my last few visits they have been out of particular drink options and have forgotten my requested jellies/condiments. Not the biggest deal, but slightly annoying. Again, service here has been top notch. The staff are visibly working hard, and the fact that they keep such great attitudes is next level and much appreciated! This Hardee's is located on my way to the office and near my weekend morning errands, so I guess you could call me a regular at this point!

Was on the job and got hungry so stopped by to grab a bite and ordered their new Nashville Chicken Sandwich and the inside was raw. Reversed back in the Drive-Thru and told the girl with bleached curly hair that it's raw and first thing she said was, I DIDN'T MAKE IT with a NASTY attitude. WHO SAID YOU MADE IT?! All I said was it's raw! Misery loves company. Hope your higher ups see this and do something about it because I'll guarantee it's not the first nor will be the last time it happens

Don't ever go to this Hardee's they treat there customers like they not nothing they staff is nasty never washed there hand and the store is just disgusting and just out of control

Just close this location down already. It's been understaffed for over a year now. Very slow service (when they're even open), soggy fries, and stale food. This location needs some serious help.
