EVERYTHING No elevator no free breakfast no wifi service. Room stinks at $100 a night is crazy

Formerly Extended Stay America, now "HomeStay Suites," this hotel is pretty seedy, I wouldn't have stayed the full 4 nights if I didn't have my handgun with me. People that looked like drug dealers and users definitely post up outside all day but they didn't bother us. They also tend to hang out near the now concrete-filled pool where backup washers and dryers are stored. Right off the bat, the front desk, a young girl, was having issues programming the room keys so she had to let me into my room and she then gave me a key a few hours later once a higher-up was there. The next morning neither me nor my fiancee's key card worked anymore but they replaced them promptly and we had no issues with the keys after that. Our room reeked of burnies as soon as we walked in, the smoke-free rooms have absolutely been smoked in, we got used to the smell but that might be a turn off for some people. I found a single dead cockroach in the bathroom, if I saw more there would've been an issue but I did not. Did not see any bed bugs. The floors are sticky like the floors at McDonald's, greasy and your feet stick to them as you walk in the room so definitely at least wear socks at all times, that carpet felt like it was never cleaned. The rate was pretty cheap, but not the cheapest. Although pretty fair for the quality we got. The staff and owners are mostly comprised of an Indian family. They were very nice and let me have muffins the times I didn't wake up before 9am. Speaking of muffins, their breakfast is 6am to 9am and only have little things like muffins, pouches of Quaker oatmeal, nutri-grain bars and coffee which isn't much of a breakfast but better than nothing (the coffee was surprisingly very good.) They provided as much shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc as I needed which is a plus, very accommodating so a big shoutout to the staff. The toilet clogs very easily, and isn't fixed as easily. We had to use the waffle house bathroom one day, it took them two and a half days to fix it after they went in three different times and scratched the porcelain inside the bowl with a toilet auger each time until it was mostly fixed. Even then you had to flush twice, I'd imagine that would get old if staying more than 4 nights. Although the room was pretty spacious, staff was nice and try their best, it was kinda seedy. It's fine for a few days if you're a cheapskate who tries to vacation on a budget like myself, but if you're one to want to spend more money for a more comfortable hotel, and/or a bit picky I'd go elsewhere.

The Manager is rude and disrespectful to customers. Don't stay here unless you want to be treated like crap.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. First the positive- the front desk staff was kind. Second - the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking property. Third - we found a bedbug AND a hair on one of the pillows. We did not stay there. We left and went to another hotel around the corner.

Do not stay here unless you smoke cigarettes. This hotel smells SO bad. Multiple burn holes in the furniture and carpets from people smoking inside the rooms. It's one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. ESPECIALLY do not stay here if you have kids. There's also mold on the walls and rusted sinks/bath tubs. A roach was crawling on the dresser. I genuinely do not know how this place is up to health code/legally open.

Just want pleased. To start I was already negative about it. Alot of hotels the employees are pleasant and give the impression that they enjoy the job but not here. Second I live two hrs away and booked via 3rd party when I arrived they say because I live in state it's a 200 deposit(I would accept that if it was nicer). It looks like a hostel. The people that stay here mostly live here. The bed is uncomfortable. I should have just played homeless for the weekend and slept on concrete. Atleast then we would have had a new experience in life. The 3rd party said it was a full breakfast (not even continental) it was a snack And that's all. Was not pleased.

Do yourself a favor and book that other hotel for 10-15 dollars more a night. All in all just an average to below average beat up hotel in which you shouldn't stay at. If you wanna save money and stuff this is your place. I was just being cheap and I slighty regret it. I can go on a whole rant about this place, but trust me book the nicer one. Pros: Cheap, close to airport, close to stadium, big room, somewhat clean. Free wifi (Even tho its slow), breakfast (Even tho its not great). Cons: Bed sheet so thin it was like sleeping with a light blanket. No elevator, room setup was weird, It gave me a creepy vibe, room kinda dirty, AC makes so much noise, smokey rooms. Like I said if you being cheap/broke this place will due. All other reasons just pay the extra for a nicer hotel. You deserve it!

This stay was an absolute nightmare. What a cluster eff. Room was dirty and the mattresses were awful. There were roaches coming out of the sink drain! The people in the room above us sounded like they were wrestling at 11p . There is nothing on the face of this Earth that would convince me to stay here again even if I were paid to. Adios MFers!

This was the worst possible stay ever. Not only was the room dirty, the pull out bed had no sheets, pubic hair, dirt, and dead bugs! I would not stay here again if i was given a million dollars. The hall way wreaked of marijuana, there no NO elevator. We had a lot of luggage and children and were put on the 3rd floor. The AC was broken and would turn on and off every 5 five minutes. When it did turn on it was like a helicopter landing in our room. I 100% recommend NOT staying here!!

Upon arrival, I was asked to deposit $200 the most I javelin ever deposited in any booked and paid for hotel, including resorts. Someone should look into that at this location.
