I'm not even sure where to start. Meth, roaches, gunshots, Metro PD., total lack of privacy, homeless digging through dumpsters, unruly animals and long term tenants, inconsistent pricing, theft, bullying and general lack of care or respect from staff. Buy a tent you'll be better off.

I just recently had to stay here for 4 months while I was waiting to get into a new apartment after coming off the road as a truck driver. For the most part it was a decent place to stay for the 4 months. The people at the office were really nice to us. We had a service animal and we always cleaned up after him. We always had the maintenance guy watching us like a hawk though. The water seems to randomly get shut off occasionally without notice. (Very inconvenient). The worst part of the whole stay is the bugs. Omg were there bugs! So many cockroaches and whatever else kind of bugs we had. It was ridiculous. We had to wash a lot of stuff when we left here so we could make sure that we didn't take any of the bugs with us. I recommend only staying here if you need to in an emergency. If your just visiting the Nashville area I would spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

I am an Audio Engineering Student, 58 years old and live at InTown Suites for convenience but nothing about this place is convenient - I work For Hilton and have for 5 years in Maintenance and have never seen a more poorly run property I have a guest visiting from out of town and was forced to leave work early missing nearly $100 in pay bec my friend called me and told me the room upstairs had water running all night and that our ceiling was dripping- At approximately 3am my friend was awoken out of a deep sleep and tried to locate management for more than an hour and when she finally did find them they turned off the water and left the ceiling dripping leaving us TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POORLY RUN BUSINESS THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH $17 per month let alone &1,700

Horrible management. Don't waste your time booking here. Complete dump and technically a homeless encampment. If you want to feel unsafe, stay here. Management is a joke and will make your life horrible. There are better motels in the area. Much better so don't stay here.

This place is merely a place to crash when you cannot get an apartment for work purposes and you're crashing at your own risk! A week is too long and 3 weeks is torture! I stayed here earlier this year in March and there was no housekeeping staff...that was fine because I am a clean freak and I cleaned thoroughly with Lysol at check-in anyway. I do this at any hotel but here it went beyond surface cleaning and disinfecting. This place was absolutely filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in quite some time. I cannot remember how much I spent on cleaning supplies just to move in but it was quite costly, upwards of $50. Besides not being clean, the room and furniture were permanently permeated with cigarette smoke. I stripped away the bed linens, pillows as well as the 'couch' cushions and put them in the closet. I saturated the mattress and with Lysol. The room still smelled strongly of cigarettes. When other guests smoked, it permeated the room. I lived with the bathroom exhaust fan running almost constantly. I had to occasionally leave my door and window open for hours to let fresh air in & the stale air out. I had to purchase a beside room filter to help eliminate the smoke smell while I slept at night. Besides being filthy at check-in and being invaded by cigarette smoke constantly, I had a basic room with a queen bed, 32" flat screen tv, kitchen table with two chairs, makeshift couch/twin bed, 3 drawer dresser, nightstand, full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and single basin kitchen sink. Of course, you have a typical bathroom with full size tub/shower. There were no discounts for cleaning your own room and staff really did not seem to care about heavy cigarette smoking, although rooms were all smoke free. If I had it to do all over, I think I would have just slept in my car, at least I would have felt comfortable and I would have been smoke free.

If you value a peaceful and secure location, that is clean, this is not what you are looking to stay in. The Place is so not what you see on their site. First cover everything in smoke and add a few more layers. The room itself is very dark, and then once you start investigating it is because the once white walls are now nicotine covered walls. The air although cold just blew in smoke scent because the filter was covered. The plumbing was installed incorrectly, so you never know if you get hot or cold. It had not been cleaned, as the bed had crumbs and the floor, well I can't tell you what color it was originally. It is a dump, and not worth it at any cost. Most disappointing is the companies acceptance of these situations. The other disappointment is no partial refunds even if the place was not suitable. If there had been, I would assume it wouldn't stay open long. Very disappointed in the company and this location.

If I could give this place zero stars, trust me I would! My experience here was absolutely awful.. The room that me and my three year old son had stay in was disgusting. I have pictures of how nasty it was.. There was blood splattered all over the walls, smeared down the tub and toilet. Black mold in the bathroom, plus COCKROACHES!!!!!! The bathtub was filthy. I had bought bleach and scrubbed the room my son and I was in, from ceiling to floors. Never again will we ever stay there, and never would I ever recommend anyone ever staying there. Again, I have BEFORE and AFTER pictures from where I had cleaned it.

I've been here for about 8 weeks. The place is OK. As someone else mentioned, they give you the bare basics, and that's about it. I came and stayed during a cold snap and as the bedding is really only decked out for summer, so I was forced to crank the heater, and put my own jackets and jumpers on the bed so I wouldn't freeze at night. I went to Walmart the next day and picked up some blankets for around 30 bucks. They give you a microwave, a stove top (no oven) and a fridge but NOTHING else. You will need your own cups, plates, saucers, pots and pans if you want to cook here. They advertise "high speed internet." Maybe it was high speed back in 1992, but it's barely faster than dial up so be warned. Today, the hot-water is broken, so it's "being fixed." I had to go shower at the local gym. Maintenance can also be a little invasive, coming into your room on average, once a week to change, check or fix something. Too bad if you were in the room banging your wife when he came past and knocked on the door? Also, one other thing that is rather annoying. The office only opens at 11am and your rent is due by 12pm of the day you moved in, otherwise, they'll charge you a late fee. That means you've either got to hang around and catch that 1 hour window or pay early. If you miss it, your magnetic key locks you out of your room. Bit of a stupid way to do business in my opinion.

My poor husband is here for a six month job and was told that he had to bye his own toilet paper and wash his own bed sheets and bath towels and they won't clean because he has stuff on the floors . It's disgusting and the people here are rood ! Stay maybe one or two nights and that's it cause your not getting clean anything !

DISGUSTING!!! We stayed here during the summer and were constantly bombarded with flying beetles during our sleep. Infested with bugs. When we complained on a Sunday the old guy first accused of lying to him and then reused to move us on account of it being Sunday. Just a horrible place with rude staff and disgusting hygiene. For $50 a night you can do alot better.
