Fantastisk frukost utan tvekan, men den verkliga dolda pärla är Danny "The Omelett Guy"! Han gör de mest fantastiska omeletter jag någonsin smakat. Kom hit för lunch. Svårt att initialt hitta från utställningen slutet av hotellet eftersom det finns ingen skyltning men ett trevligt utrymme. Menyn är begränsad men hade några hälsosamma alternativ, vilket var bra att se. Enda feedback jag skulle ge är hastigheten på tjänsten, som var alldeles för snabb. Förrätter följdes ganska snabbt av huvud, när vi var mitt i ätandet. Sedan kom räkningen utan att bli tillfrågad om desserter eller kaffe etc. vänlig service men lite för effektiv, så kände sig stressad och avbruten. Restaurangen var tom, så ingen anledning i mina ögon.

En kollega och jag ätit middag här i stan för en konferens. Ingen reservation behövdes och det fanns ingen vänta, även om vi hade en ganska tidig (6: 30) middag i mitten av veckan. Vi beställde var och en en annan nötkötträtt (nötköttkind stroganoff för henne och bräserad kort revben för mig) I båda fallen var nötköttet mjukt och läckert. Mina sidor av ostgryn och fänkålsallad kompletterade proteinet perfekt. Vi beställde också var och en cocktail och var mycket nöjda med dem. Jag rekommenderar starkt Whisky-cocktail Just A Little Fib.
Atmosfären är avslappnad exklusiv men du kommer fortfarande att känna dig bekväm i jeans. Priserna är i intervallet 25 - 35 dollar för förrätter.

Vi åt frukost här medan vi väntade på vårt rum på Marriott Renaissance. Det verkade som om de var kort bemannade eftersom det tog en stund att få ett bord rensat och få sittande. När vi kom till bordet och beställde kaffe insåg vi att bordet hade en svår vingling. Vi fick vår beställning när vi försökte fixa bordet. Efter flera prov och en spill kaffe, flyttades vi till ett annat bord. Mat och service var bra men tabellfrågan var ont.

Hade lunch två dagar i rad eftersom maten, atmosfären och servicen var utmärkt! Platsen är fantastisk. Försökte salladen med lax och grillad ost och våffelfries. Mitt nav hade en konferens på hotellet och jag taggade med. Little Fib ligger i lobbyn på Renaissance Hotel. Jag hade en persika- och rågcocktail som var läcker och han hade en martini. Vi försökte de deviled ägg, rökt vingar, ribe sandwich, sweet potato pommes frites, karamelliserad blomkål och en sparris aptitretare. Åh min! Alla var verkligen läckra! Vingsåsen fick mig verkligen att vilja slicka plattan! Ribesmörgåsen var så bra - mjukt saftigt kött på en lökrulle med rucola. Låt oss inse det, vi har inte ätit mycket grönsaker sedan vi har varit i Nashville. . . men den rostade blomkålen, sparris och (ok, sträcker den till att omfatta som en veggie), sötpotatisfritsarna var fantastiska. Djupt smakfull, krispig och öm. Jag skulle definitivt komma hit igen även om jag inte stannade på hotellet.

Välfylld och professionellt bemannad frukostbuffé. Allt var färskt och rätt temperatur. Personalen var oerhört hjälpsamma och vänliga. Bara ner sida var kaffet var verkligen inte upp till par. Inte av samma kvalitet som resten av erbjudandenen. Mer som bryggan skulle man få på en bensinstation, inte en trevlig restaurang.
