This is the second time our party of 10 stayed here. I've traveled to hundreds of hotels for work and pleasure. I've never been to a hotel that out of spite won't let you check in early. There were rooms ready but they won't let you check in until 3:00PM unless you want to pay them $50. I went to the desk at 2:30, thinking now they should let us check in. Nope! Just out of spite too... Other than the bad service, the pool has been disgusting both times. By 2PM it's one big cloud of yuck. It's a shame, there's lots of potential here but they just scree it up.

Amazing service, clean and well maintained facility with a decent sized pool. Only negative was guests at the pool saving pool loungers and Sun loungers with towels for the whole day and not using them. Should be regulated a bit better, or the towel person could inform guests not to do this, upon entry.

So I finally had a chance to leave a review for our stay at Margaritaville Hotel in Nashville. 1- check in was super easy and efficient. 2- rooms were clean and spacious 3- soap and lotion dispensers were not full and we were not able to use them the first day. We notified housekeeping and they filled them right away 4- now going to the pool was pretty easy and they provided us with towels. However, The pool itself is not very large and was super packed. We had to get a last minute cabana. The pool was very grimy and not clear at all. We even heard other guests say don't look down. Meaning you would get grossed out by everything floating around. I have been to many hotel pools and never had I had this experience. Luckily we had the cabana. We just sat there. Not sure if it was a pool issue or it just was not cleaned the day before. I'm sure there had to be other complaints that weekend. Needless to say we didn't go into the pool any other time during our stay. Thanks for reading my review. Hopefully the pool issue was a one time thing and they resolved this issue.

A great stay this hotel was definitely more along the lines of a mini resort. My husband and I were extremely comfortable and it was literally right off of the main strip of the famous Nashville, Tennessee Broad Street. An easy walk to everything! What a lovely place to stay. Not to mention, I felt extremely safe. The front staff was super helpful. There was a great restaurant that we had breakfast at also a fully functioning Starbucks and a very cute shop to get souvenirs from that I would definitely recommend this place for a stay while visiting Nashville.

The restaurant upstairs of the Margaritaville Hotel goes by Fin's! It's a few floors up, next to the outdoor pool. I guess they consider it more of a "bar" than a "restaurant," but they have a big, decent food menu. I really like that most people don't know about it, so when we need to grab a bite when it's super busy downtown, we pop in to this fun little place. We've always had good service, and their drink menu is fun & varied. For food, I've loved the Caribbean Chicken Salad. It's huge and flavorful and just super good. I got chicken tacos another time, but they weren't a show-stopper (though I was excited they had Cholula that I could add).

Excellent service. Shout out to Nick who was our server and makes the best drinks. The nachos here are amazing as well. It's chill vibes and beach themed.

Check in was simple and easy. The entire hotel and our room smelled amazing. The rooms are very spacious with amazing smelling toiletries in the shower. The JWB grill had great workers each time we dined and drank. Walking distance to Broadway without being in the loud craziness. Easy parking very close to the hotel, at a cost though. Will definitely come back if I return to Nashville! We were even here for the snow and had a gorgeous view from our room.

This is an adorable little indoor poolside bar at the Margaritaville hotel. It's open for the public and hotel guests. When it's nice out they open all the doors so it's open air. They serve bar snacks and lots of Margaritaville specific drinks. My favorite is their banana breeze!

We loved Fins last time we were in Nashville - the rooftop is great with the fire pits and the view. So, when we recently returned to Nashville, we decided we should definitely stop by here on our first night back in town. We were glad we did! Brian, our server/bartender was so awesome that we decided to return the following night. That night, we had the pleasure of being served by Kim, who worked her butt off to make sure we had a great experience, despite them being very busy. We also met Marcus, who was very helpful as well! The service was what really made our experience! As far as the food, the chips and dips were awesome, the wings were great, the flat bread was deliciously cheesy, and the shrimp tacos were very flavorful and spicy. I highly recommend this laidback bar for some delicious eats, good drinks, and great service! Did I mention they have live music? Oh yeah, baby!

If you need a quick bite to eat or something to quench yr thirst then this place can help. Not the largest food menu but plenty of liquor options. Waitress Mikayla was pleasant and helpful with suggestions. My salad was alright and the Shrimp ceviche my companion ordered really stood out to her. Id probably try many other spots before coming back unless i was in a pinch.
