The first time I came through, I received a SOGGY McMuffin. When I came back, I was polite, and even apologized for having to come back through. The Manager tried to argue with me and say, "That's from the Butter." I told her always order a McMuffin, and it's NEVER been soggy. I do not mean the butter seeped through soggy. I mean they put it in some kind of liquid (I'm sure accidentally) before wrapping it up. Then I go back, and receive a McMuffin with MOLD on it. My experience with the Manager made it to where I do not feel it's worth it to go back a second time. So here I am.

Super dirty parking lot. They don't change the trash bag in the trash can by where the employees park so trash spills out all over the parking lot and grass. Management either don't cares or is inept at leading their hourly workers. Ownership must not care either. The parking lot is always super dirty.

Service is terrible as always. I already barely eat at McDonald's but I'm proved again and again why I don't. This cashier was only taking orders from one speaker and then refused me service when I tried to order at the window after multiple cars went through the left side drive thru. He stated his name was Jack. He was wearing an automotive shirt and had a thick southern accent. If you're gonna mess up like that, correct it.

Not all items on menu will be available but please do be patient/cool with staff for being there, cooking and feeding you and always have an alternative food option if you don't see what you want.

Since I was staying at the Radisson, I went to this location every day for breakfast and it was very good. Service was quick, food was hot and fresh. Coffee was on point. The only thing I don't recommend is the cinnamon roll. I decided to try it yesterday and it looked good but was a little hard around the edges could be bc I ate breakfast first idk but to me it wasn't worth $2.49. Overall this is a nice place to enjoy a quick breakfast.

Absolutely horrible service. Over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for barely warm food, no straw for my drink and no napkins. The fact that they are supposed to be a fast food restaurant is laughable.

Change your hours of operations if you do not wish to service customers or if you don't have the manpower to do so. It is rude to stare at customers standing outside thinking your establishment is open 24 hours only to meet the lobby doors locked and staff inside doing nothing. Decided to get in the drive through line that took another 30 minutes for FAST FOOD I can't scream enough. So terrible. The kids were hungry otherwise I would've left!

Busy Mcdonald's place near the airport. The bathroom was clean. My sugar free cappuccino was great. The only complaint was that I had to add Splenda to my cappuccino (no Stevia). Our table was not clean. Not my ideal place to go but it was convenient.

Google says they are open 24 hours. That's a lie. I have been there 3 nights at this time and you can see people through the window inside with the uniform, laughing but when you approach the drive thru they say they are close .. 3 nights in one week .. hire people who actually want to work.
