Awesome experience with Nashville limo. Hired for a four hour driving tour of sights important to our family for a reunion. Pete our driver was prompt and beyond helpful making sure we saw everything and providing for all our requests. A really good value and a great way to renew our memories of the city. We highly recommend.

Unfortunately rented a bus for my birthday with them, they were terrible at communicating and rude, then overcharged me what the agreed amount would be. They would not respond to repeated attempts to resolve the matter, and I had to dispute my credit card charge. Pain in the rear. The driver was great, very sweet lady, obviously she was not to blame.

Fuck. These. Guys. One star because I can't leave zero. The long and the short of it is this: my wife had to take a fucking Lyft to our wedding because, even after THREE PHONE CALLS telling dispatch to go get her, they didn't. In fact, they flat-out denied receiving any calls from us even after I sent them screen caps with time stamps on them. We're fairly easygoing people and simply wanted them to do the right thing; maybe pay for the Lyft, reimburse us some money, but no. They lied and acted like scumbags. Joseph and Andre. Lying pricks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Nashville LX Limo is the rudest company I've dealt with in my entire life. They have zero understanding of customer service. We used them for our wedding in Franklin, TN, booked two trips - pre and post wedding pickups/drop offs. It was a complete disaster. First, the driver was extremely rude to our guests and only made one 25 min trip, when we rented the van for two hours. When we called the owner before the ceremony to find out what the problem was, he was very rude and kept changing his story throughout the call. For the second trip, the driver shows up in a stretch hummer limo, when we ordered a VAN. When she arrived she drove passed the reception area and preceded to get stuck when she tried to turn around. She said it was her first time driving a vehicle that long. While the reception is still going on, the owner of the property, also the bestman, had to get out his tractor and tear down some of his fence so the limo could drive through the field to get out. We have a several pictures! This delayed the ride by a few hours for our guests. Leaving the property, the driver drove over the wedding sign and mailbox. Our friends later told us they feared for their lives riding in the limo as they almost flipped over into the ditch after hitting the mailbox. When I spoke to the owner of Nashville Limo LX on the phone, he was very rude and refused to take responsibility for any damages or wrongdoing. When we asked him to pay for the damages or refund us, he threatened us and said we would have to take him to court. He said he wanted us to take him to court so he could watch us lose several thousands of dollars because we didn't call the cops and have a police report. We immediately called a local lawyer and had something, but luckily for him, the owner of the property asked us to not proceed. I have never dealt with such a rude and careless human being. Nashville LX Limo nearly ruined our wedding and they just laughed in our faces.

First let me start with the good news. The reservation process, confirmation of order and billing was 5 stars. Very easy to set up and efficient. Thats all the good news. Do not use this company for anything that is remotely special to you or your family. We ordered thousands of dollars in service for our sons wedding. It was a total disaster. The day before the wedding we ordered a van to pick up some family at the airport. The order specifically stated that the van was to pick us up at our hotel downtown and then proceed to the airport. After a few calls, we found out the driver went straight to the airport. Result, we wind up taking a cab to the airport. The next day, the 16 person stretch limo we ordered shows up with some of the ceiling hanging down, the air con not working (85 degrees, 80% humidity). The driver tells us they have only had the car for a couple weeks and are still trying to figure out how to use it. One of the back windows wouldn't go down. The groom goes nuts because after the ceremony there are going to be 14 people in the limo with no air con. Stress beyond belief. The driver didn't have the instructions from our order, so he didn't know what he was to do next, plus he didn't have a working GPS so it took almost 15 minutes for the groom to describe to him where his next stop was to pick up the bridesmaids, all in the sweltering heat in front of the church. By now he is dripping wet, with the ceremony about 30 minutes away. The company sent out two cars, to substitute for the broken limo, so the whole wedding party is now in two cars for the next few hours instead of one as originally ordered. The bride and groom are not happy because they all can't be together in one car to celebrate. We ordered a Mercedes to transport the bride and her father, a town car showed up. In all fairness after MANY calls they gave us some refunds, but no matter how much less it cost, the amount of aggravation went way beyond any relief from the refund. Bottom line, call this company at your extreme peril. Nashville is Music City and has lots of national and international stars and events. There must be other limo companies out there that will take what should be the least important part of your trip and not turn it into a nightmare.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I am old. Booked a bus, confirmed 30 minutes before pickup, wanted to know what the bus color was so we knew when it arrived. Was supposed to be at the hotel to pick up 45 passengers at 4:30. Did not show, called the dispatcher at 5pm he had no idea. He nor the company ever called to tell us they were a no show, never wrote an apology. Hey LX I am not doe with yet either. I think the States Attorney, Better Business and more bad reviews will hopefully keep anyone else from ever doing business with LX Limo.

This company never pick up the wedding guest from hotel to take to wedding site! Nor did they have the courtesy to call and say they weren't arrive with a bus. There was never an offer to fix the problem, to send other forms of transport. When the bride call, the person from the company was rude and unapologetic. They didn't Offered a refund and keeper full deposit. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Guest arrive late with different transportation!
