Food is always fresh and filling, customer service cannot be anymore amazing, and the store manager always goes out of his way to speak and joke about my friend's service animal, calling him "killer." This, along with the one on 21st St in Nashville by Vanderbilt, are the ONLY two Paneras in the Nashville area that do not discriminate, are friendly, and do not refuse service because my friend and I come in with a service animal. They even try to help the few houseless that visit and don't bother no one. The rest they run off and they should. The rest are hateful and extremely discriminatory towards the disabled and houseless who are trying to better themselves. PANERA ARE YOU READING THIS?????

After tax and tip, an $18 Greek Chicken Salad to go ... had no chicken. It was a single item order. We were traveling home to Texas, so no option to go back and ask for it to be fixed. My wife wanted Panera and I wanted Taco Bell across the street. I got what I wanted for $9 and my wife didn't for twice the amount. It's a sad day for Panera when they are far out performed by Taco Bell!

3 strikes your out. The sandwiches are all bread barely any meat, cheese or toppings. This time around the toasted bread was rock hard and burnt on the edges. And 3rd time the soup tasted weeks old. Unreal for the price charged. This franchise owner obviously doesn't know how to run a restaurant or just doesn't care. The only reason they got any stars is they had courteous and quick service

Why do employers allow employees to have such poor attitudes and extremely poor customer service. I'm standing at the counter while two young girls stand on the other side saying nothing to me as I just stand here. I would love for the manager to watch this recording back for 9/21/23 at 4:30 pm and tell me if I am wrong. An absolute disgusting display for customer service. I drove out of my way to come to this location and I walk out empty-handed.I refuse to give my money to companies that don't acknowledge their customer. This is why so many companies go out of business... poor customer service. So I have to go down the street and pay twice as much but I will be treated much better.

What's that smell??? Panera Corporation where in the hell are you? The odor is unpleasant to say the least, the staff has no sense of customer service and the inside looks like it's 30 years old. If you are going to take up space you should provide the amount of cleanliness and service paying customers deserve. Toe ONLY reason for two stars instead of one is that the chicken sandwich was good and well-cooked. However, I had to cover my nose the entire time to avoid the smell. Get a clue! Fix the problems are release your lease so another company can come in and provide the service we deserve.

Hell in a hand basket. This was my first visit in Tennessee, new here from Alabama. Salads we're great, but the warm soup was barely warm. I had never used the kiosk no employee to help. Out of lids for drinks, would understand but there was a party in the kitchen. When we got the message to pick up are food, no one greeted me did know check I was the right person and honestly I did not remember what my GF ordered. I want to request a lid I had to wait for the cooks (females) to finish conversation. Won't come to this restaurant again. BTW 2 drinks, two pick two = $40.00

Worst Panera, don't bother stopping here. As soon as you walk in, they are quick to announce "it will be 20-30 min." This has happened on numerous occasions.

My husband and I used to go to Panera Bread in Bellevue TN quite often and food was good. Service started going downhill during the pandemic and after in which the store would close. After several months of not going to this location we had lunch there today. The prices have increased and the food size smaller! My tuna sandwich was nothing but bread and lettuce. I was standing near the food staff and was ignored until I finally stood up and complained. The employee angrily said, "we have to measure our food now as we never did before". Imagine that, less food for more money! Like that is really my problem! They lost our business!
