We visited Regal Cinema today for a quick movie outing. There was plenty of parking, though the outside of the building looks a bit old and dated. Inside, however, it's nice and clean. When we arrived, the concession lines were short, which was great. There were two kiosks for ticket check-in since we already had tickets, but no one was at the box office outside. We initially approached an employee inside who was taking tickets, but he couldn't help and just told us to use the kiosks. Thankfully, the kiosks were easy to use, and we headed to our theater without issue. No one was stationed at the entrance to check tickets or direct us, so we just found our way. The theater wasn't crowded since we went to an earlier show. Highlights: Seats were very comfortable. Sound and picture quality were excellent for a standard (non-3D) showing. Theater was clean. They have a bar with alcohol options, which is a nice bonus if that's your thing. Popcorn was fresh and buttery. Room for Improvement: Service was just okay. The employee we spoke with initially wasn't very helpful, and my partner noted that service at concessions was a bit slow--it took about 10 minutes for them to get back to the theater with drinks and popcorn. The theater gets cold, so bring a sweater or blanket. Overall, we'd go back. The comfort, quality, and clean environment make it a good spot for catching a quick movie.

I had a wonderful experience at the Regal a few days ago thanks to a young woman, Madison. She informed about the new "Wacky Wednesdays" and told me the funniest joke I'd heard in a hot minute... Great movies, amazing staff:an evening well spent :)

This is what I would like to see all movie theaters become. Affordable ticket prices, huge buckets of popcorn and drinks. Recliners, huge screen, it's perfect. The theaters aren't often packed, and because of that you can basically sit wherever you want. Way better than any theater I've ever been to.

This is a fine movie theater. I've been in several of the theaters inside but each time the service is really slow (I would skip this normally but I really do love movie popcorn). I don't mind the old style decor at all, and I'm happy it has a lot of parking. Overall clean & plenty of theaters for what you want but they have several styles so make sure you know what one you're booking. It makes a big difference in price and seats.

Nice theatre. I saw Wicked with a few friends. We bought the tickets online and entered without incident. We stood in line for refreshments for a short while as there weren't enough employees on duty. It took much too long to get oursnacks,s so we missed most of the previews. The popcorn was freshlyprepared,d so that made up for it. The Coke was nasty,though. I think the syrup needed to be changed or something in the soda dispenser. The theater itself was comfortable and there were no issues with the film. The theatre was warm and the seats were cozy. The theatre appeared to be clean and the other patrons were respectful of others. The theatre is probably an older one but it's functional, l so I have no complaints. The tickets cost nearly $80 (4), and the snacks were $50. The location is cashless which was a bit of a surprise.

The service is kinda slow at this movie theatre although the people that work here are nice which is a plus. It's kind of a filthy movie theatre. The trash looked like it wasn't taken out for a day. The seats were old and rugged.

I am an early bird an I am excited about it. Check in is quick, food is hot, lines are short and the theater is clean. While crowds abound, the workers are present and makes this a great place to enjoy your movie experience. Although I love streaming at home, I still enjoy getting out and watching movies on the big screen.

We walked up to the ticket office, they were jammed up for about ten minutes, so we went to the kiosk Kiosk broken, couldn't print tickets. Ian (MOD) gave us seats that were taken twice and we had to keep moving seats. They knew the Kiosk was broken but had us use it anyway. Ian was just sitting down in his back office while almost all trash cans around the theater were overfilling, bathroom wreaked of shit and piss, and the lobby floor was scattered with popcorn, plastic bottles and toilet paper. Mind you it is Memorial Day, I understand it was relatively busy, but the place looked like a dumpster fire. I have been coming to this place for a decade, I cannot believe how much it has gone downhill. I am truly worried Regal on Powell will be on the verge of closing if it isn't already,-that would be a shame for the community. I would give zero stars if I could, Ian needs be proactive and preemptive , takes 5 minutes to sweep a lobby. i also have pictures of anyone is curiou, absolutely insane.

Driving an hour in for a movie, needed to check an unclear issue with Ada and they never answer their phone. Regal customer says, call them directly...yeah that doesnt work.

Drive out here for the 4DX Experience, to watch Avatar since we don't have this type of thing in the Boro. We enjoyed the experience, the theater was clean and HUGE. The popcorn fresh and everyone looked like they were enjoying their jobs. It is a way better experience when the employees actually enjoy working for a company.
