I would like to let people know that I witnessed my friend be swindled by Tyler Van Bussom from this company. He needed a $50 deposit to start the travel plans which is ti be deducted from the cost of the trip.From the start Tyler would take a long time to get back to her with arrangements when she needed to have the trip booked right away. There was always a team that worked on "the proposals". So what does he do exactly? Asking to speak while he's on the road and has a few minutes?????!! The said "proposals" were always more expensive than what we found. She was staying with me while preparing for this trip so I was right there during this whole ordeal. We started researching because they took too long and he would never tell her the detains of each booking. It was withheld information. We ended up booking the trip when he wouldn't even deduct the $50 deposit (which he said would be done) from the last proposal. Then later he admitted he made a mistake. But it was too late. The trip was booked by us. Instead of acting from integrity and refunding the deposit, he kept it. Awful business tactics and a strange way to run a company. Proves we really don't need travel agents anymore. Not ones like him.

The team members are all quick to respond back when I have any questions (which I always have several)... from flights, ground transportation, meeting room coordination, sleeping room bookings at hotels... they help with everything!

Had an unfriendly encounter with one of the bookers. She was frazzled and very unkind on the phone. Called back and apologized but it wasn't ok. I initially considered using them since a friend had gone on one of their incentive trips and they were a newer company. Probably won't use them since my initial experience was disappointing.
